Why the Owner Chose Tempe
Our whole family loves Tempe Arizona. The weather is perfect - with 360 days of sun! The winter, spring and fall is the perfect time to visit Arizona. Besides the weather, the restaurants are amazing in Tempe and Scottsdale. Tempe has plenty to do for both adults and children i.e. hiking, bike riding, and sporting events.
The Unique Benefits at this Single-Family House
My husband graduated from ASU, and we love to ride our bikes or walk to campus and enjoy the many sporting events, as well as lectures and other campus activities. We also love spending time in our backyard. We call our vacation home "Desert Breeze", because you get to enjoy the sunshine and warm breeze, while sitting under the shade of the patio or trees. It is a real treat to enjoy fresh squeeze orange juice and lemon juice right from your own backyard.
