We are delighted to offer you our glorious Shore Haven House, 60 acres of beauty & tranquility with an executive quality, 4BR beach house & over 1000 feet of beach front (with private access) leading onto miles of all but deserted red sand beach. All of this is just 1 hour north of Halifax or 45 minutes from Halifax International Airport. Beach Heaven Houses by the Sea are about 4 hours driving time plus 2.5 hours sailing time from Bar Harbor Maine.
Shore Haven is so far from the hustle & yet still close to all that the city has to offer, if you choose.
The main level offers over 1,000 square feet of first-class living space. Designed to capitalize on the amazing ocean views & great floods of light. The open-concept living room, dining room, & kitchen offers huge windows looking out over the ocean. Patio doors lead onto the large deck with gas BBQ. Tastefully decorated with high quality & comfortable furnishings, hand-crafted leaded-glass light fixtures, & original art. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped with 6 full-size appliances.
The main level has 2 spacious bedrooms, master features an ensuite door to the 4-piece bath with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom (queen) offers a wonderful view of the water. The bright ground floor of the house provides 2 more bedrooms (queen, twins) a 3 piece bath with superb sit-down shower & huge ocean-view recreation room with ping-pong table.
A private & very charming ocean view summer house (with ocean view deck, three piece bath, kitchenette, a double pull-out & bunks ) is also available for an extra rental fee of $600 Canadian. This is a perfect private space for large groups or a quiet retreat for reading, relaxing & listening to the roar of the surf.

The location of Shore Haven House by the Sea, the Noel Shore, is rightly known as the 'undiscovered jewel' of Nova Scotia, the area offers un-paralleled ocean views, miles of all but deserted beaches, the awesome spectacle of the world’s highest tides & a unique & traditional experience of Nova Scotia.
Absorb the astounding views; listen to the roar of the surf from the world's highest tides; swim in the mellow salt waters of the Minas Basin.
Walk on the beach for miles in an area famous for fossils; explore the tidal pools as well as the woodlands & meadows; fish for sea bass; follow the brook to where it burbles gently across a sandstone shelf in a beautiful waterfall to the sea, watch the abundant wildlife (including deer, eagles, quail, pheasants, humming birds, osprey).
We are directly on the ocean with miles of hard red sand/pebble beach that can be walked or jogged or biked There is private access to the beach along a path to the shore & down a short flight of stairs.
