If you have visited Daytona Beach Resort in the past (it was under construction until April 2008) - you will need to visit again. The renovation has been completed and you will be impressed!! Our condos are OCEANFRONT - not to be confused with others that are oceanview. Please be aware of the difference and ask before renting!! Choice of studios:: These are Oceanfront Condos -- 7th & 8th Floor with 2 Queen Beds, Dining Table with 4 Chairs, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. 10th Floor with King Size Bed & Balcony. Balcony is 120 sq ft, you will start to feel like you have another room to enjoy. Sofa, Chair, Dining Table and Chairs affords Gorgeous Northern & Eastern views, Efficiency Kitchen and Million Dollar View from private balcony with 2 chairs and a table so you can comfortably enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise from your private balcony. You will have a wonderful view of the ocean or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy your view of the stars in the night sky. Efficiency kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. Table with chairs to dine in al fresco. Resort has 2 Large Oceanfront Pools, Oceanside Recliners, Children’s Waterfall Pool, Mini Golf Course, Oceanside Tiki Bar, Lounge with Weekend Entertainment - Oceanfront Restaurant and Fire Pit. *** Secret*** Steps to beach with one of the best shelling spots on the beach (sh...)!! Indoor enjoy Oceanfront Indoor Pool, 2 Oceanfront Hot Tubs, Exercise Room and Sauna, Conference Center has WiFi in lobby. Convenient Daytona Location within walking distance of Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurant, and Shoppes. This is on the Quieter Northern end of the beach and this location will be very close to any Ormond Beach location. Please bring your own personal items and toiletries. Please call for prices and availability for Special Events and Holidays. Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited and a credit of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If we are able to rebook the property, we will issue a prorated credit for your rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. The credit can be used towards your next vacation with us. We recommend trip insurance for your protection.
