Welcome to our remodeled and refurnished (December 2007) smoke-free condominium located in building 16, unit 86, in the wonderful Kiahuna Plantation on Kauai, the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu Beach. Built in the classic Hawaiian casual style, the Plantation sits on 35 lush tropical acres.
Poipu Beach is on the sunny side of the island which enjoys warm sunny days and gentle tropical breezes. Poipu Beach is consistently rated as the best and cleanest beach in the world by USA Today and Poipu Beach State Park, a short walking distance from our condo, is considered the safest beach in Hawaii for children by the Travel Channel.
The readers of Travel and Leisure Magazine have again voted (2006) Kauai the Best Island in Hawaii and the Second Best Island in the World! Forbes has listed Poipu Beach, Kauai as one of the 10 most breathtaking beaches in the world!
Our ground level condominium is perfectly maintained and furnished in the casual Hawaiian style with island art. The condominium features a tile entry, berber carpet and plantation shutters. Step off the lanai onto a large manicured lawn and open space perfect for relaxing or playing with your kids.

Why the Owner Chose Kiahuna Plantation
We were looking for a quiet, laid-back location to live part of the year. We found Kauai fit our needs perfectly. We also wanted a location with direct beach access from the property and lots of sun as we are beach people. We found it at Kiahuna which is the only beachfront condo development in Poipu.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The property covers 35 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with large open spaces between buildings. The great lawn provides wonderful lounging and enjoying the ocean views. The beach is perfect with snorkeling and swimming both excellent. Sitting on our lanai at breakfast or watching the beautiful sunsets from the great lawn make for wonderful carefree days. Kiahuna is situated about halfway between each end of the island and is the perfect starting location to begin your island exploring.

Robbie was a State Farm Agent and Roger worked in the utility industry as a Senior Manager and later as a consultant. We love to snorkel and find out of the way places and beaches on the island. Roger does a lot of photography and finds the island has wonderful opportunities for that "perfect shot." Robbie is an avid reader and loves swimming in the ocean just off Kiahuna's beach.

Roger and Robbie - Your place is gorgeous. The decorating and remodel is very nice! We had a great time. The location is super. The beach is awesome. this was our 1st time to Kauai. We loved everything. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon. We will also stay here again. We had a great vacation.

Roger and Robbie - Your condo was just the greatest! So beautifully decorated. We had a home away from home. Many comforts on our vacation. Our girls played ball in the grassy area, we took walks on the grounds. Dined with the birds in the a.m.and had a few great meals from the kitchen. Such friendly and helpful staff. This was our 5th trip to Hawaii and our 2nd trip to Kauai, our favorite island. When we stayed at the Grand Hayat our first time, we fell in love with the Poipu Beach area. Now, we feel we truly have a home away form home in Paradise. Your condo was perfect for our small family - so beautifully decorated and ideally situated in the Poipu area. It was our 1st trip to Kauai and we will be back! Had a great time. We added to the beach toys. My 14 month old loved the ocean. We recommend Keoki's across the street, Shrimp Stationi in Waimea and Kalapaki Beach Hut. Thanks for sharing your condo. We loved the art work on the walls. Great pictures in the bathroom.
