This Oceanfront property is three miles north of Brookings, a small quiet community in Oregon's Banana Belt known for its mild climate rather than the typical rainy, windy Oregon Coast.
The gated condominium community is quiet and has its own private trail to an expansive beach. The ocean view from the condo is extraordinary and during whale migration the whales pass directly in front of the condo and can be viewed easily from the convenience of your deck. Everything you could possibly want is provided to assure a relaxing stay.
Numerous state beaches are within several miles. Fishing is available - ocean charter from the Brookings harbor, river on the Chetco River or 25 miles north on the Rogue River. Brookings also offers the Salmon Run Golf Course available to all golfers at a very reasonable cost.
