The Gordon Lewis-designed Copperleaf golf course is the focal point of Copperleaf Golf Club, which includes an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with formal and casual dining, swimming pool and spa. Your included golf membership will give you access to tee times on this challenging yet friendly course with lengths from 4200 to 7200 yards and five sets of tees.
With this membership you are only responsible for cart fees (currently $65 per person in season). Your guests will also receive a preferred rate. When renting during the off season (May – October), you will also enjoy reciprocal privileges at 30 of the areas finest courses and club houses.
Along with golf, you will have access to multiple tennis courts, pools, lakes, picnic areas, and miles of walking and bike paths.
For additional minimal daily usage fees, you will also have access to The Brooks Commons Club which includes the following amenities:
- Access to The Brooks private beach club which offers the perfect place to enjoy the sun, sand and the sea. The club features a private beach, gazebos, snack bar, picnic tables, grills, showers and restrooms.
- A Fitness Center offering a full compliment of workout equipment with certified instructors; also featuring a heated swimming pool and secluded spa.
- A Private Restaurant within the gated community - Rosie Spoonbill’s is one of the community’s favorite gathering places for lunch and dinner. Overlooking the adjacent lake and The Town Center's Village Green, Rosie's offers an exceptional luncheon and dinner menu along with both indoor and outdoor dining.
Your 1750 square foot villa offers a master bedroom with King size bed, guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a Queen Sleeper pullout in the Den. Large 220 square foot screened lanai with Weber grill overlooking the 10th fairway and adjacent lake.
