Maintenance performed on the pool deck, gazebo and fishing area beginning in August until September 2023, weather permitting. Temporary fence installed along the edge for the pool and spa to still be utilized by guest but only access through main pool gate with code provided at check in. Prices have already been adjusted and no discounts will be applied.

The Great Waterfront Escape is the perfect second floor condo for anyone looking to enjoy the Padre Island waterways, or just get away and enjoy coastal life. You will enjoy being just a mile off the beach and having easy access to all The Island has to offer. You are just 15 minutes away from Padre Island National Seashore and Mustang Island State Park as well as walking distance from local restaurants and shopping. If you want to head into town, it is just a short drive over the bridge, and you can enjoy shopping at the local malls as well as visit the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington. But you may not ever want to leave this condo complex. The complex is waterfront and has a very nice pool area with good sized pool, hot tub and a spacious deck for sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and enjoying your favorite vacation beverage.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
