Sun, beaches, and mountains. Port Argelés is where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean, and where the Catalan tradition and spirit are at home among the vineyards. Port Argelés offers a variety of activities to suit all age ranges and tastes, from hiking in the Pyreneean foothills to swimming and relaxing on the beautiful beaches along the Med.
In our condominium complex and around the marina are local shops, bars, and restaurants. Just behind our complex is Argeles Plage (beaches) which provides you with choices of swimming, eating, and shopping. Argelés Village has a local market and is a short drive away or walk from Port Argelés.
Our first floor condominium (2nd floor for Americans), which is fully furnished and well equipped, has a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, a spacious enclosed Florida room with a sea view of the marina, and an office area with a computer and wifi access, plus 24 country VOIP phone. Two bicycles are included that may be used while you are staying at our condo.
There is a futon in the living room which folds into a queen-sized bed and a beautiful Murphy bed, which is also queen-sized, that folds down from the wall in the dining area. The Florida room features a double size fold out sofa bed. The kitchenette is fitted with an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a microwave grill. We have a TV, multi-region DVD player, and a satellite receiver. Our condominium is professionally cleaned before and after your stay.
We are located in the Villegiales du Port section of the complex. There is a reserved car parking space close behind our complex with a security barrier.

We Rent All Year Long!
May 3 - June 27: $525 USD/week
June 28 - August 29: $625 USD/week
August 30 - September 26: $525 USD/week
September 27 - May 1: $425 USD/week ($1275 USD four week period)
Saturday-to-Saturday rental basis
$250 USD Security deposit
Cleaning Fee is $100 USD a stay.
