You are within walking distance to Mill Avenue Shops, Tempe Town Lake, and Arizona State University, including Sun Devil Stadium, home to the ASU Sun Devils, the Arizona Cardinals, and the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl. It is the perfect location for anyone participating or watching friends take part in triathlons or any downtown Tempe special event!

Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Chandler Fashion Center are within 20 minutes to meet all of your shopping needs.
