This brand new premier property offers the best of living located in "The Farm" in Banner Elk with easy access. The four bedroom, five bath home rests on an acre in perfect harmony with nature and has been built for comfort and convenience.

The home is exceptionally well-maintained and is in excellent condition. We are fifteen minutes away from several golf courses and two ski slopes. The area offers a dozen restaurant offering fine dining.

The spacious living room features a vaulted beamed ceiling and features a massive natural stone fireplace. Oak flooring extends from the entry through the upstairs living areas. The formal dining room is adjacent to the living room and this fully equipped kitchen. The floor plan is quite open and there is plenty of room for more than one cook at a time.
