This home of over 2000 square feet includes two balconies, two decks, a screened-in porch and a large private backyard. Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms (one with a double shower head & 18 square feet of space!) make this a perfect vacation home. Large dining-living area with very open floor plan. Dining area seats 13. Outdoor shower is a bonus along with a large Rubbermaid storage unit for surfboards, strollers etc.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly Rates .. $2700-$4000/week plus 10.5% room tax and security deposit.
Nightly rates of 400-450 are available in the off-season only, with
a minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned
with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's
license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period.
All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior & college groups, I
need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone is over the age of 25.
Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected.
