Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms (one with a double shower head & 18 square feet of space!) make this a perfect vacation home. Large dining-living area with very open floor plan. We all had an amazing time, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room and the location couldn't have been better! We loved the kitchen/living room area with the porch...we could all hang out there because it was so open and there was enough space for all sixteen of us. Rates
Weekly Rates .. $2700-$4000/week plus 10.5% room tax and security deposit. Nightly rates of 400-450 are available in the off-season only, with a minimum 2 night stay. Contracts are not confirmed until they are returned with a deposit of 1/3 of the rental fee, copy of the signer's driver's license and a list of all guests staying during the rental period. All signer's must be over the age of 25 years. For senior & college groups, I need one parent to sign the contract unless everyone is over the age of 25. Contracts with multiple signers will be rejected.
