This newly built colonial style villa is situated on a hill with far reaching views across the valley. It is just an eight minute walk from Great Courland Bay (Turtle Beach) on the Caribbean coast, where the Turtles come to nest between April and August.
Set in it’s own private gardens this exclusively designed two story villa, has four beautifully decorated air conditioned bedrooms, all with full en-suite facilities and their own private entrance onto the veranda area.
From the lower veranda the patio connects onto the infinity edge pool (40ftx20ft) with a separate Jacuzzi, both enjoying picturesque views across the lush green valley. There are also two separate BBQ areas for alfresco dining.
The interior is luxurious and spacious, the airy accommodation comprises of the following: large drawing room,
Dining room with separate patio area, fully equipped kitchen with integral dishwasher, utility/laundry room, separate downstairs toilet, upper landing/reading room with patio doors onto the upper veranda area, four bedrooms all with own en-suite facilities. Our housekeeper will attend to your daily needs, she will also have a meal prepared for you on the day you arrive and basic essentials will be in the fridge (bread,milk, beers etc!). A cook or babysitter can be provided on request at a low cost.
