This beautiful and well maintained CBS home is direct lakefront on big Lake Weir with a sandy lake bottom area. The home features an open and spacious great room and sun porch with lots of windows that offer beautiful views of Lake Weir. The full kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, range, and all conveniences for meal preparation (or take your boat to close-by Gator Joe's restaurant or Eaton's beach). There are two large bedrooms (king, queen, twin) and two-and-a-half baths.

Outside, the large yard is perfect for sun lovers. A long dock with sitting area presents a prime location for fishing and watching the sights around Lake Weir. We have beautiful sunsets from our back yard. You can catch pike, bass, crappie, and lots of other types of fish in Lake Weir. In the early evening, you can feed all types of fish right from the dock.

The home has a large private yard with plenty of room for volleyball and outdoor sports. Feel free to bring your boat (the ramp is near-by), jet skis, or fishing pole and enjoy lots of fun on clear Lake Weir. Landscaping is professionally maintained and includes five palm trees and a delicious grapefruit tree (when in season).

We are located off Sunset Harbor Road and close to the Villages where you find Super Walmart, Publix, restaurants such as Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday, HomeDepot, Lowes, Cinemas and lots of charming shops.

Pets 30 pounds and under are allowed (with deposit), but inside smoking is not. All utilities are included in rental price of this Lake Weir home.
