Delray is a beautiful town, Village by the Sea, with an enchanting yet vibrant atmosphere.
My home has the ambience of Key West. It is lush and tropical and imparts a sense of a calm, laid back, easy lifestyle. It is located directly on the Intracoastal waterway and it is always wonderful to watch and admire the parade of boats passing by.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The location is the best it is steps from trendy Atlantic Ave. with all the shops , restaurants, street fairs, and various other activities. It is also a leisure walk to the ocean and Delray's beautiful beach. Also, I am fortunate that I am located on the Intracoastal waterway. There are 3 major airports in short driving distance, and numerous other activities, zoo, waterparks, museums, theaters, art shows to name a few.
