This charming Key West style home is directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, in the "Marina Historic District" and in the heart of Delray Beach. It is stolling distance to all the shops, restaurants, parks, and many ongoing activities. It is only 3 1/2 blocks to our beautiful beach. The top floor of this home consists of 3 bedrooms, each with it's indvidual separate bath. Everthing has been updated and the kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. Wood floors and crown moulding add to the ambiance. The spacious Key West style porch, affords continuous balmy breezes and allows one to view the constant parade of boats passing by. It is a great place to just relax, have dinner, enjoy a glass of your favorite wine, or simply read a book.
Delray Beach is centrally located between two major airports, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and one hour from Miami International. Day trips could include destinations such as Miami, the Keys or Magic Kingdom in Orlando.

Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
Delray is a beautiful town, Village by the Sea, with an enchanting yet vibrant atmosphere.
My home has the ambience of Key West. It is lush and tropical and imparts a sense of a calm, laid back, easy lifestyle. It is located directly on the Intracoastal waterway and it is always wonderful to watch and admire the parade of boats passing by.
The Unique Benefits at this duplex
The location of my home is unique in that it is steps from trendy Atlantic Ave. with all the shops , restaurants, street fairs, and various other activities. It is also a leisure walk to the ocean and Delray's beautiful beach. Also, I am fortunate that I am located on the Intracoastal waterway. There are 3 major airports in short driving distance, and numerous other activities, zoo, waterparks, museums, theaters, art shows to name a few.

Born in Pennsylvania ,I have traveled the world and have lived in many places in the United States. Florida is my favorite state and I love the town of Delray Beach. I have always enjoyed the beach and being near the ocean. Delray is truly paradise for me. I feel as though I am on vacation everyday.
