This is a secure gated community, it's not one of those guard gates that just wave at you. It is very tastifully furnished with all the comforts of feeling like it's your home, and it also has a grill out by the pool with a wet bar. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL!

At night the pool light changes every 15 seconds to a different color. In addition to the four bedrooms it has a huge game room with a wet bar and there is an office off the living area with high-speed internet connection.

You are centrally located to Tampa Intl. Airport (20 mins) Clearwater Beach (35 minutes), Tarpon Springs beach(20 minutes), St. Petersburg (30 minutes) and Disney World (1 1/2 hours).

*** $100 cleaning fee.
*** $80 WEEK if you want the HOT TUB heated
