Our Charming Original 1909 Beach House is located five blocks to beach. This Historic Beach House has been fully upgraded in an artistic fashion with modern conveniences. Many artistic features are present in the house including, metal art, and unique lighting.
The House offers a Travertine Stone bathroom with a glass shower and whirlpool tub for two. The House Electronics include high speed wireless internet, 36 inch High Definition TV, DVD, CD, VHS players, JBL Surround sound in living room, and Speakers with individual room volume controls throughout the house including the bathroom. A beautiful brand new kitchen has just been installed with all new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops. The Rear of the house opens out to a Large Deck and Stone Garden with a Fountain. The house comes equipped with beach gear - bikes, volleyballs, beach chairs, and boogie boards.
Hermosa Beach is one the best-keep secrets of the Los Angeles. The wide soft sandy beach and waves are ideal for surfing, sunning, volleyball, and other beach activities. A bike and running path lies adjacent to the beach and runs 26 miles along a sandy cost line. Hermosa Beach combines beach life with a eclectic mix of comedy, music, bars, art, dining, and shopping.
