Shipwatch Pointe is a centrally located private seaside community, situated four miles from Barefoot Landing, two miles from the Tanger Outlets, and only seven miles from the famous Ocean Drive in North Myrtle Beach.
Golfers enjoy a fifteen minute drive to twenty of Myrtle Beach's finest golf courses with the famous Arcadia Lakes right at your back door. Broadway At The Beach is only a 15 minute drive down Highway 17 bypass. "Restaurant Row" is a 3 minute drive. Shaggers can enjoy the fun at SOS with a short drive to North Myrtle Beach.
The beach is a short two minute walk from your doorstep. Ocean Annie's is 2 blocks down the beach and features food, drink and live music. A convenience store, a liquor store and The Sandbar Pub are directly in front of the condominium. The deck overlooks the two pools and hot tub. A third pool is behind the condo. Barbeque grills are provided poolside.
