This unique log cabin has a covered front porch two feet from a rushing creek. You can relax in your private Hot Tub while you listen to the sounds of the babbling stream. Easy access driveway.
This roomy cabin is set up with a large great room featuring a fully equipped full size kitchen (w/dishwasher), sitting/TV area and a very comfortable queen-size log bed. The full size bath is a separate room complete with a tub/shower unit. This beautiful cabin is fully-equipped. Private laundry facilities are just outside your front door in the "Out House." Forget the bottled water! We have the best-tasting mountain well water! Small (up to 30 lbs) well-trained (crate-trained when you are out) pets are allowed with pet deposit.
*Note:This cabin does NOT have a phone. You will need to bring your cell.
Satellite TV (Starz movies channels included!!!)
You will be just a half mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can hike or just ride and enjoy the views. Whitewater rafting for beginners is only 15 minutes away. For the more adventurous, the Nantahala Gorge is a short 30 minutes away. Cherokee's Harrah Casino is just a 25 minute drive. Observe elk grazing in the mountains one hour away. In winter, take a trip to Cataloochee Ski area only 40 minutes from your cabin. Any direction you choose you will find shopping and wonderful restaurants. Trout fishing is everywhere.

Thank you for another wonderful get away. Enjoyed the new additions to the cabin, especially the reading light beside the rocking chair. And with all the rain and chilly air we LOVED the hot tub. We had dinner Saturday evening at Lomo grill and the bread is to-die-for. We ate so much bread that we could barely finish our entree! It's a bit pricey but so worth it. Happy April Fools day---Wishing you a profitable season in '08.

We both enjoyed our trip to your cabin "Country Lovin". The "peace & quiet" was just what we needed this Valentines Weekend. Loved the privacy and amenities. Will need to return, very soon! Former "Western Carolina Student" GO! WCU!!

We luv our stay in the Country Lovin. It was just what we needed. The cabin was close to everything and was easy to get to all the cute little towns. We will be back for sure, but this time will come in what you guys consider season. PS Will say hello 2 your friends in Ohobee for you!!

11/9-12/07 We enjoyed our stay at Country Lovin'. It was very relaxing. Just wish our stay could have been longer. The cabin was very welcoming. We couldn't have asked for it to be anymore comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the nice robes. That was really a nice touch. We went into Waynesville Saturday and ate at Maggie's Galley. Just like another guest said, it looked like a shack, but the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it!! We will surely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

9/7-9/11/07 This was a great escape from Grand Central Station. We share 4 1/2 acres w/two granddaughters, two grandson's & my aunts. We seldom have time alone. The cabin is secluded, but close to town, which we found very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub & the sound of the creek. We were also very impressed with your attention to detail. We had a great time & enjoyed the privacy!
