Newly renovated single-family, beach cottage located in Mainsail gated community off Scenic Gulf Drive. Open kitchen and living room area with separate dining room. French doors lead to open common area and one of two community pools. Master bedroom and master bath with a fourth ocean bedroom are located upstairs with a private balcony. Two bedrooms on main level with a guest bath.
Two beach chairs and umbrella are complementary with every rental March-October.
Restaurants within three miles: Whales Tale, Pompano Joe's, Wahoo's, Captain Dave's, Baytown Wharf, Ocean Club.
Shopping: Complex across the street from Silver Sand Outlet Mall, Five Miles to New Destin Commons Shopping Mall and Movie Theater.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Deposit and Payment: 11% Florida sales tax and a $150 cleaning fee will be added to rental fee. $500 Deposit to block your desired time, full payment due 60 days prior to check-in or renter forfeits deposit and time will be unblocked. Deposit will be returned after check-out, barring no property damage has occurred. Cancelations prior to 60 days may result in forfeiting deposit if unable to re rent dates. Cancelations within 60 days may result in forfeiting deposit and rental fee if unable to re rent dates.

Had room for parents, kids and grandkids in comfortable family setting. Community pool just steps away as well as grills. The beach was a short walk and was beautiful. My parents (late 70's) walked to the beach daily with no problem and enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided. The girls took an afternoon to go across the street to the outlet mall. Walking distance to grocery store. Great setting and lovely house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This place felt like staying at a friend's house. It was so comfortable, gave plenty of room for us to spread out, and provided everything we needed. We have 5 children of various ages. Each had or shared a room that fit them perfectly and they enjoyed the pool and open grassy areas right out the back door. The master bedroom, bathroom, large closet, and balcony may have been my favorite part. I don't think we will ever be able to stay in a condo again. No elevators, our own covered carport, and no worries that our kids were too loud through the walls was awesome. The owners are extremely friendly and easy to contact. It was so nice to just work with an individual and have the keys in a keybox. Not having to stop at an office, worry about office hours, or deal with an agency was so easy! The property is so nicely maintained offering all we needed. This was our first Destin trip. We've visited several beaches over the years, and believe this is the prettiest within driving distance for us. We also enjoyed the location. Being so close to restaurants, shops, etc. made taking a break from the beach very nice and convenient.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We recently stayed in this condo for a long weekend and it's amazing! Fully furnished with everything you would need for a great retreat. The pool is only steps away and it's an easy walk to the beach. It's as pretty as it looks...every room makes you feel like you are in paradise. Although there were only 4 of us, it could easily accomodate many more. It's close to shopping and lots of good restaurants. We will be back for sure.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
