What a lovely house! It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We loved the huge lanai, especially it's privacy. There was always a place in the sun or in the shade. The house is beautifull decorated. We've really had a wonderfull vacation! Anne and Philippe from the Netherlands

Guten Morgen Herr Rotthaus, nun ist unserer Urlaub in einem Traumhaus leider bald zu Ende. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Kerdenti sehr genossen. Danke nochmal, dass Sie uns dieses Haus empfohlen haben.

Von der ersten Anfrage an, über die Abwicklung der Buchung, bis hin zur vor-Ort-Betreuung war alles perfekt! Besonders gut hat uns das gepflegte Haus gefallen. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Selbst an einen "Welcome Drink" haben sie gedacht. Der Check In und die Einweisung durch Peter wurde persönlich und sehr professionell durchgeführt. Sehr geehrte Frau Maag Smith, gerade aus dem Urlaub zurückgekehrt, möchten wir uns sehr herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Vorbereitung und Betreuung bei der Vermietung des Hauses BALBOA waren perfekt, und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Obwohl es noch zu früh ist, an eine feste Buchung des Urlaubs des nächsten Jahres zu denken, haben wir immerhin theoretisch ins Auge gefasst - vermutlich in der Zeit zwischen dem 6.2. und 1.3.2012 - dorthin zurückzukehren. Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, wie wir verfahren sollten, um dafür die Chance zu bewahren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Henner H.

"Hallo Herr Rotthaus, das war nun das zweite Mal dass wir unsen Urlaub bei Ihnen gebucht haben. Das Haus Balboa war einfach ausgedrückt,- Großartig. Die Austattung ist geschmackvoll und perfekt ebenso wie der Zustand des gesamten Hauses. Wie beim ersten Mal war die Mietanbahnung unkompliziert und vor allem sehr vertrauensvoll (in heutigen Zeiten einfach wichtig). "Sehr geehrter Hr. Rotthaus, wir möchten uns nochmals für die sehr gute Betreuung bedanken. Es hat alles von Anfang an sehr gut geklappt. Das Haus "Balboa" ist wunderschön und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet. Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus Balboa war einfach ausgedrückt,- Großartig. Die Austattung ist geschmackvoll und perfekt ebenso wie der Zustand des gesamten Hauses. Die zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage am Kanal rundete das Bild noch ab. Die Mietanbahnung war unkompliziert und vor allem sehr vertrauensvoll. Das gilt ebenso wie die vor Ort Betreuung die sehr nett und hilfreich war. Urlaub in diesem Haus, immer wieder!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
