This Pelican Point Villa is perfect for a quiet get-away or a family gathering on the beach. The four-bedroom, three-bath, 2000 sf house sleeps ten in Two Kings, One Queen, Two Twins, and a pull-out Queen Sofa. Fully appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, parking underneath house, fireplace, and outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen was completely renovated in 2008 and comes equipped with everything you'll need. This home comes complete with high chair and pack-n-play, beach chairs, toys, all linens, two TVs with VCRs, and a stereo. Each rental includes one vehicle pass and full use of the Beach and Racquet Club (an Olympic-size pool, kiddie pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, sand volleyball, and basketball). Pelican Point is just one row wide, so the screened porch faces the ocean for gorgeous sunrises and the open porch faces the marsh for colorful sunsets. Just outside the front door is a boardwalk that leads to a private, uncrowded beach stretching for two and a half miles. Harbor Island is next door to Hunting Island State Park and within a short drive of historic Beaufort and Parris Island. Charleston and Savannah are close enough for day trips.
