Had a great vacation! House was clean and well maintained and we loved the view of the lake. We really enjoyed the large screen t.v. and dvd player for relaxing and watching movies at night and found the location perfect for exploring nearby vineyards (Rafaldinis was beautiful) and places of interest. Alicia was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for a perfect sisters' reunion!

Spent a great weekend at the Grahams cottage. The Cottage was very nice, clean, had everything you need is close to shopping, the paddle boat was fun. Did a bond fire everynight other than barking dogs was excellent. I would recommend to any small or large family we have 7 in our family. Would also recommend Ty Mathias fishing charter he took us out on Thanksgiving we caught 50-60 fish in about 3 hrs. Nice area

We have just returned from a long weekend at 128 La Agua. It was wonderful. The lake house was great. The property was outstanding. Our last morning we watched 3 deer drink out of the lake. The house was nicely decorated, well supplied and probably the cleanest place we have ever rented. Alicia is so nice and helpful. We ate at two really good resturants. Pellegrino's (Italian) in Troutman and Big Daddies (seafood) in Mooresville, yum!! We would absolutely recommend this property. Someone had left a map of the area which proved to be super helpful. We had a great time.

This property was beautiful and in a great location at the end of the cove. The views from the great room, deck, gazebo are just as pictured. The propery was lovely and perfect for the 4 of us. The kids swam off the boat ramp every day and we were really close to a boat rental marina, which was convenient for us. The home is well stocked with more than expected! The owners were close by and though we experienced a couple of storm events that created a few issues, they were handled quickly. The dock was the perfect backflip platform for my husband and we used the canoe almost daily. We stayed for 2 weeks and really got the feel of "lake living", an experience we were looking for when we set out on vacation. Loved our stay and would recommend this property.

Alicia and Jeff, We enjoyed our stay at your lake cottage tremendously! The lawn is gorgeous and the cove is quiet and restful. We fished and caught bluegill, catfish and bass. The dogs thought the boat ramp was their personal entry for the water(even though it was perfect for my husband's bass boat), and everyone had a great time in the well stocked home as well as the water. Thank-you again' The Kennedy Family June 2011

We needed a week away from alot of stress and found the perfect place. Jim and Vivia the owners were super nice. They showed us the rental and explained things to do in the area and places to eat if we choose to.They were very informative and if we needed anything they were there but we had our own space, which was very relaxing. We were offered their row boat which we used and were able to enjoy the beautiful lake. We found the kitchen was well equipped with the best of any rental we have ever rented before. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, micro, stove, oven and even a washer and dryer. Which after a week it made it nice to do wash and not need to do it all at home, that eased alot of stress. Will be going back again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thanks Vivia and Jim for your great hospitality!!!! Gail & Frank

What a wonderful week! This was the most relaxing vacation we've had in 34 years! The cottage is adorable and much larger than I anticipated. I can't say enough about how lovely everything was (except the Mooresville traffic!) and how much we enjoyed our stay. The grass is like a thick cushion and the trees make the yard comforting and peaceful. We brought our boat and found the launch was no problem. The views from the water are magnificent-so many amazing houses! Though the lake is very large and populated, the feeling is of calmness and relaxation. The people on the water were courteous and friendly. Alicia and Jeff, you were so great to us during our stay. Thank you for this wonderful experience! We would love to visit your cottage again.

June 26, 2007Thank you for letting us share a little bit of Paradise. It seems it only rains at night. We had a wonderful week here. Of course, the lake, water skiing and fishing were fantastic—but I never expected such friendly neighbors. The kids love the bike trails at the State park. The shortcut to the grocery to avoid ever driving on the Highway was very helpful. And the little amenites we found throughout our stay (extra light bulbs, crockpot, hand dryers, etc). were unexpected but much appreciated. As an owner in RCI timeshare, having experienced many different resorts, your little lakehouse rates among the best!Thank you,Chet and Cindy Malesky
