July 8, 2007 What a delightful stay at the Lake House! From the luscious bedding the the serene lagoon view—our ten days were perfect. We enjoyed the Lake, fabulous warm water swimming –late at night, and especially all the amenities once could ever need… thoughtfully provided. June 26, 2007 Thank you for letting us share a little bit of Paradise. It seems it only rains at night. We had a wonderful week here. Of course, the lake, water skiing and fishing were fantastic—but I never expected such friendly neighbors. The kids love the bike trails at the State park. The shortcut to the grocery to avoid ever driving on the Highway was very helpful. And the little amenites we found throughout our stay (extra light bulbs, crockpot, hand dryers, etc). were unexpected but much appreciated. As an owner in RCI timeshare, having experienced many different resorts, your little lakehouse rates among the best! Thank you, Chet and Cindy Malesky

Thank you for opening your Lake Home to use. For 30 years, we always dreamed of owning a 2nd home on the water. Your place was our dream for the time we’ve spent here. The closest we’ve come has been our home on a creek. This will be the longest vacation for Scott and I without kids! Staying at your place was a wonderful start. It is so comfortable here and had everything we needed. Scott was so happy and content on the dock I could have tossed him a pillow and he would have stayed there all night! The only thing missing was our dog and Scott’s john boat. It was great beling close to our son and visiting and not having to intrude on his privacy. Now that he is a law enforcement officer in Huntersville, we will be retiring in a few years and the Lake Norman area seems like a place to consider. We certainly enjoyed our visit to your spotless and well-equipped lakehouse. The huge deck was an added plus. The weather was fantastic and a wonderful respite from hot and humid Florida. The area offers so many varied interests within such a short distance as evidenced by our joints to Lowe’s Motor Speedway, the Hendricks Motor Sports Museum and Roush’s Racing facility (Matt Kenseth is from our home state, Wisconsin). Shopping, shopping, shopping – was great! NorthLake Mall at Exit 18, the Quilt Loft, etc. etc.—never saw so many strip malls! The lunch cruise aboard the Catawba Queen at Queen’s Landing was great! We had a wonderful time and we did it all! We enjoyed your home, your gorgeous views and everything that came with it! Sat in every seating and outside, had fun with the canoe, floated on the tubes, rented a boat from Skippers for the day and did a lot of house hunting! What a GREAT location on the lake! The views are beautiful. We have to say that we did it all, jet skiing, boating, water tubing and even made some new friends both on and off the Lake. This is our second time here and definitely will not be our last. Diane and I, as well as the boys had a wonderful time. We bought property in Statesville at Windemere and intend to make this our home in the future. We all enjoyed your lake home. We think you have one of the best spots on the lake. The canoe was well used as well as the TV/DVD. Sitting out on the deck and using your grill were treats. The shade of the trees is such a plus here—we know you enjoy spending time here with your family. We reunited with friends we met in Germany in 1976 so it was special to be able to spend time together here… We hope to come back again next year!
