Welcome to our very private, perfectly situated two bedroom, two bath condominium in the best part of the beautiful master-planned Wailea Ekolu village. Our main lanai steps open to Wailea Golf Club’s Blue Course with gorgeous views to the ocean. Our condo is located in building 3, the best, front row location within Ekolu Village, with unobstructed ocean views, golf course frontage, and no road noise.
From our spacious 1073 square foot (not including the lanais) ground level haven on the tranquil south side of Ekolu, we have easy access to Wailea’s finest beaches, three championship golf courses, premier shopping at the new and exclusive "The Shops at Wailea," and fine dining at superb local restaurants, all within walking distance in 5 minutes. Inside, you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and premium appliances, a beautifully appointed living area with TV/VCR/DVD/CD, and enough room to sleep up to six (one king bed, two twin beds, one queen sofa bed in the living room). Our condo was completely remodeled within the last few years.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
January to November 2009 .. $260/night + 11.42% Hawaii GE/TA tax.
December 2009 to April 2010 .. $280/night + 11.42% Hawaii GE/TA tax.
Standard occupancy rate is for 4 persons. Add $10 per person up to maximum of 6.
$300 refundable damage deposit. $150 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights.
3-night deposit required within 7 days of reservation.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept personal checks (US only), money orders, or cashier's checks.
