The upstairs master has a Select Comfort king bed.This bedroom suite takes up the entire top floor Three bedrooms are on the main floor. There is a king suite, a third bedroom with two queens. The fourth bedroom has two full beds. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms including the master suite. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
On the bus line, this vacation home is just two blocks from Harker Recreation Center offering a huge pool, nine tennis courts, and a hot tub. It is also about one mile from Elkhorn Village which offers a huge pool, more tennis courts, and an amazing 18 hole golf course.
Situated on the bike trail system, the home is a five minute drive from Sun Valley lodge and the skating rink. It is a ten minute drive to Ketchum with its amazing selection of restaurants and bars.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
This house was purchased because of the floor plan, the basement, the view and the quiet neighborhood. We like the Elkhorn area because it gets a lot more sun than most of the other neighborhoods.

We also appreciate being able to coast down the hill a couple of blocks to the Harker Recreation Center.

This home has been our favorite vacation place to stay. The biking and walking paths are almost just outside your door. The location was perfect for us as we headed in all directions every day to participate in the many activities that are only limited by time. Each afternoon we returned to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. The home was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped and very functional. We learned of this home from the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed in their glowing report. The owners couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family has been vacationing in Sun Valley every summer for nearly 30 years. This home is hands down at the top of our list. It makes a favorite vacation spot even better. Great location within walking distance to a pool and tennis court - and surrounded by countless miles of paved paths for biking, walking, running and roller blading. The home is set up perfectly for a few couples to comfortably enjoy. Great shared space - spacious kitchen, family room - and a wonderful patio for happy hour. Along with ample bedrooms, and more importantly a bathroom for each couple. We highly recommend this home!
