Location: Gatlinburg, East, Tennessee, USA (2.5 mi from Pigeon Forge Light 10 and 6.5 mi from Gatlinburg)

Accommodations:  Pet Friendly Vacation Cabin, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 7)

Due to a last minute cancellation, we have 7 nights open beginning Sunday June 7. The regular rate is $149 per night but if you book at least 5 nights, we'll reduce it to only $129...a $100 savings. A 5 night stay would be $725.63--including tax. No cleaning fee or reservation fees! If 5 nights won't work for you, just email or call us and we'll be happy to provide you a quote.

GrandView is not your typical vacation rental (wait until you see the red bathroom. Comfort is king here: sink into one of four sofa and loveseat recliners and listen to the stereo or watch a favorite TV show. Wake up to an inspiring view of the mountains from either king bedroom.

Feel absolutely pampered in your private, covered hot tub on the side deck - by day there are pristine mountain views; by night, the rope lights add a festive mood. For some quiet fun, just pull out the checkers, chessmen, dominos, or cards. If you prefer video games, we have a Gamecube and a variety of games.

GrandView is convenient, comfortable and definitely not a 'cookie cutter' cabin. We also have a second pet friendly cabin that welcomes dogs right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg--"Swaying Pines Chalet" (VRBO® #18856). If you'd like to bring your pet/dog, we ask that your pet is current with its shots and is on a flea/tick control program. Our pet fee is a flat $50 per dog, whether you stay 3 nights or an entire week. With approval, we sometimes can accept more than one pet--just ask us :-) If your dog is crate-trained, we encourage you to bring it along so your pet will feel more comfortable and secure while on vacation.

  • My family stayed at Grandview for Thanksgiving. We couldn't think of a better place to spend the holiday. The view from the deck was amazing. Everything is so cozy and we definitely felt at home. The Greeners have done a wonderful job on this cabin.We look forward to visiting again!

  • We had a fantastic time at Grand View! The view from the deck was excellent for morning coffee and watching the sunset glow over the mountains in the late afternoon. The set up in the house was very comfortable for our family. The jacuzzi on the lower deck was a treat after a day of hiking. The cabin's location was great -- close enough to both town and country! We will definitely rent Grand View again!

  • This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The views are outstanding. It's high enough on the mountain to enjoy great views but not a difficult drive. The cabin is very well equiped with all the comforts of home. The Greeners have done a fabulous job restoring this cabin. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long days in the national park or shopping at the outlets. You won't be disappointed with this cabin. It is exactly as described!

  • Thank you for sharing your home with us. I have been to both places and they both are wonderful. The veiw from there is wonderful, the sunset from there is so wonderful and sunrise. Have a cuo of coffee from the deck and listening to the sound watching to morning come alive is so great. I needed some R AND R and this was a small slice of heaven to me . Your home made spring break for my 15 yrs old wonderful and the lower deck gave the 3 yrs. old time to run off some built up engery. He loved having the freedom to be outside but also safe . Thanks to you and your family you have made it possible with u wonderful home for use to be able to enjoy abit of god 's wonders. Thank you .   • Staying at Grandview is like coming home - only better. The first impression upon entering is, wow - it is so clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the beds are the best 'rentals' I've ever slept in. While there, you will never hear the kids (of any age) say they are bored. There is just so much to do you might not ever want to go anywhere else! The Greener's have really put a lot of love and work into this cabin to make it a special place. I think they have out done themselves!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand View. It was wonderful. Each member in our party commented on how great everything was. I really liked the set-up of The GrandView. The views where out of this world!!!! The location was just right, not too high up the mountains, and not too far from town. EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL!!
