We really enjoyed our stay at the grandview. The weather was so nice we ended up staying at the cottage most of the time just enjoying the views that were awesome . It was only 7 minutes from main road so you were close to stores, shopping and food. The property was clean and well maintained . I really enjoyed working with Amy who made our stay easy and comfortable . I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a good value and great location.

A Grand Time was had by all at Grand Views

What a wonderful week with the perfect place to stay. Grand Views has, just that, spectacular views of the mountains. One one else in sight. The cabin has everything you will ever need in a vacation home. We especially enjoyed popsicles in the hot tub, evenings of games(for all age) and breakfast on the upper deck. We even found a tool kit when we needed a minor vehicle repair. DVDs for everyone and even a box of books for the children. We enjoyed picnics by mountain streams at Treemont, on the Historic, drive through, Nature Trail and in Cades Cove. Dinner at the Peddler, Apple Orchard Farmhouse, The Old Mill and Greenbriar, were all excellent. We hiked to Laurel Falls, Seven Sister's Cabin and old the school house saw turkeys, deer and bears(3 in one day). We were not in the area for anything but natural experiences so cannot speak to tourist attractions. Thank you so much for providing us a perfect week with friends. We WILL be back.

Words cannot describe the view at this cabin! Absolutely beautiful! Amy has done such an amazing job making sure the cabin feels just like home. She has truly thought of everything, even dog treats (which came in handy when we ran out)! We couldn't have asked for anything more, except for more time! We can't wait for out next trip to GrandView!

We absolutely loved our stay at Grandview!! It was an easy drive & no steep driveway to get to & from the cabin. Once we arrived, the view was our first surprise! How breathtaking & gorgeous!! Amy, you have a done a fantastic job with decorating & accomodating for all members of the family! THANK YOU just doesn't seem enough for sharing this Blessing of a Cabin with others! We absolultely LOVED every minute of our stay! Thank YOU so much for thinking of absolutely EVERYTHING! We often stay in the area and would have to say that your cabin is BY FAR the most equipped and home like we've ever been in! For being a Pet Friendly Cabin, it was ODOR FREE! and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! We LOVED it! The view is PRICELESS, The hot tub was AMAZING! Best Deal on the Mountain for sure :) We just can't go on and on enough about this place! One of our favorite things, other than the view and hot tub were those flameless candles... Such a romantic ambiance they set for the cabin when we walked in and were greeted to their soft glow! I hope everyone finds your cabin.... hmmm or maybe not... we want to make sure it's available for us :) haha Just kidding... I hope MANY people get to have the BLESSING of staying at your amazing cabin! I know we'll be back! LOVED it, LOVED it, LOVED it! Thank you again!

My husband and I honeymooned at GrandView and we could not have EVER asked for anything more PERFECT!!! The cabin is beautiful and the views are BREATHTAKING! I can't imagine a better way to start the rest of our lives together...thank you Amy for making our honeymoon so unforgetable!

They thught of everything when they stocked this cabin. Throw blankets for curling up on the couch, kitchen cookware, just everything. And the view is even better than the pictures can capture. Amy is a sweetheart & takes alot of pride in her cabins, making for a most enjoyable stay.

This was all we expected and more. We decided to stay in Gatlinburg for the first time, and I must admit i was not totally excited because I am normally a beach bum. However, after getting to this amazing cabin and seeing the view, I was a changed person. This place is unbelievable, it has everything you need and more. It couldn't have been better prepared for me and my family if I had done it myself. The description and pictures could never do it justice, you just have to see it to believe it. Everything you need is there for you, and there is plenty of room for you and your guest. We had an amazing time and are already planning our next trip to Grandview. Amy and family thanks so much for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your cabin, and stay in this beautiful area of Tennessee.

This cabin is all and more it is advertised to be! The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook needs and the game closet has more games than you can ever play in a week. The beds are comfy and the deck begs you come outside and sit a spell to enjoy the view. My family will visit again. The price is worth every penny. Thanks to the Greeners for making a vacation affordable. (The zipline close to the cabin was well-liked by my children.)

Thank you so much for the use of your fabulous mountain home. What a place and ideal for my “spur of the moment” girl’s trip. You have left nothing out! All the amenities that anyone could ever want or need are there. We loved the mountain views from both decks; the hot tub and the rooms were very spacious and perfectly decorated! Our stay at Grandview was awesome! The cabin is beautiful and way more comfy than expected. The BEDS are the best part- we have never slept better. The cabin was equipped with all that we needed including a much needed washer and dryer. Everything was perfect and attractions are within easy driving range to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We rented Grandview from Amy and her family November 5th to the 12th, 2009. When we arrived, it was like coming home! Everything you can imagine is there for you to use. Some things that we normally buy at the store like salt or aluminum foil were there waiting for us. Amy even provides clean-up rags if you happen to need them. When I made the reservation, Amy had told me about buying some long rugs for a lady with a older dog that had trouble getting around. Before the lady could stay at Grandview, her doggy passed away. My little Abby was sliding around on the hardwood floors and was very nervous about it, and I remembered the conversation that Amy and I had about those rugs and where they were kept. I got them and put them down for Abby, and that solved her nervousness about the floors. This is the kind of thoughtfulness that Amy and her family have for their renters. The view and decks are incredible. The neighborhood is so quiet and the roads are well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the cabin was very clean. Just don't let the raccoon scare you. He likes to come up on the lower deck and try to get into the trash can some nights. He rocks the can back and forth trying to push it over and get the lid to come off. But since it is strapped on, he just gets frustrated and leaves. It is fun to watch him though. We have stayed with alot of rental companies in the area, and a few are very good, but nothing like the Greeners. It is absolutely the best experience we have had in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. And Amy is so helpful and friendly. All of our needs were met. You really can't ask for anything more than that(unless Amy can find a way to control the weather). We appreciate you allowing us to bring Abby with us so that our family vacation was complete. She enjoys coming to TN too. Thank you Amy for a wonderful week and we hope to return to one of your cabins again real soon. God Bless you and your family!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Compared to the crowds and congestion of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg, this was a peaceful place (and only a couple miles away). Well maintained and stocked cabin, with a great view of the mountains. After 2 weeks in hotels, the kids loved having their own rooms! Would definitely return.

My family stayed at Grandview for Thanksgiving. We couldn't think of a better place to spend the holiday. The view from the deck was amazing. Everything is so cozy and we definitely felt at home. The Greeners have done a wonderful job on this cabin.We look forward to visiting again!

We had a fantastic time at Grand View! The view from the deck was excellent for morning coffee and watching the sunset glow over the mountains in the late afternoon. The set up in the house was very comfortable for our family. The jacuzzi on the lower deck was a treat after a day of hiking. The cabin's location was great -- close enough to both town and country! We will definitely rent Grand View again!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. The views are outstanding. It's high enough on the mountain to enjoy great views but not a difficult drive. The cabin is very well equiped with all the comforts of home. The Greeners have done a fabulous job restoring this cabin. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long days in the national park or shopping at the outlets. You won't be disappointed with this cabin. It is exactly as described!

Thank you for sharing your home with us. I have been to both places and they both are wonderful. The veiw from there is wonderful, the sunset from there is so wonderful and sunrise. Have a cuo of coffee from the deck and listening to the sound watching to morning come alive is so great. I needed some R AND R and this was a small slice of heaven to me . Your home made spring break for my 15 yrs old wonderful and the lower deck gave the 3 yrs. old time to run off some built up engery. He loved having the freedom to be outside but also safe . Thanks to you and your family you have made it possible with u wonderful home for use to be able to enjoy abit of god 's wonders. Thank you . Staying at Grandview is like coming home - only better. The first impression upon entering is, wow - it is so clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the beds are the best 'rentals' I've ever slept in. While there, you will never hear the kids (of any age) say they are bored. There is just so much to do you might not ever want to go anywhere else! The Greener's have really put a lot of love and work into this cabin to make it a special place. I think they have out done themselves!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand View. It was wonderful. Each member in our party commented on how great everything was. I really liked the set-up of The GrandView. The views where out of this world!!!! The location was just right, not too high up the mountains, and not too far from town. EVERYTHING was WONDERFUL!! We hope we can vacation in The GrandView again.

Our stay at Grandview was awesome, the cabin is beautiful and the view is like a postcard of the mountians with easy access and night time street lights it was everything a single mom with two kids needed. If you are looking for great summer fun we arrived 6/11/05 and hit dollywoods splash country with no crowds we tubed all day. On wednesday we tried something the Greeners suggested River Rage Tube Rentals located about 10 minutes from the cabin we rented tubes and floated on the pigeon river for about a 2 1/2 hout float with nature. It was relaxing and affordable. We ended our week with the Black Bear Jamboree Dinner Show it was the best thing we did, the costumes and music was awesome. With all this and getting our old timey pictures made the stay at "Grandview" was the best summer vacation We've ever had in Gatlinburg. Thanks so much Greener Family!
