Welcome to your Beautiful two-bedroom condo located just 175 yards to the Mountain House Base lifts and fresh champagne powder. If you prefer, a shuttle bus outside your door can take you to the River Run Base Area. Enjoy skiing/boarding during the day and/or night and come home to soak in two soothing hot tubs looking out to the slopes that you just conquered. And if you haven’t had enough, grab your skis/board and walk right back to the lifts for the only night skiing available in Summit County.
After your dip in the hot tub, come inside and cozy up to a warm fire and fantastic full view of the mountain outside your sliding glass doors to the grand deck. If you plan to stay in for dinner you can utilize the full kitchen or grill some steaks outside on the grill on the deck. Walk out to your spacious deck that overlooks the Snake River and the protected wetlands with beaver ponds. Enjoy eating dinner on the full dining room table while still admiring the slopes outside. After your action-packed day curl up on the comfy bed and dream of your next exploratory day.
Keep your car parked; there are several fine restaurants within walking or shuttle distance. If you want to take a day off from skiing, you can do some shopping in the River Run village or take an 8 minute ride to the Silverthorne Factory Stores.
If after a couple days you want to try some other mountains, you are 6 minutes from Arapahoe-Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge, Copper and Loveland; and 40 minutes from Vail or Beaver Creek. We can also inform you about 45% off multi-mountain discount lift tickets.
Your condo has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and two twins), each with its own spacious bathroom. The condo has its own washer and dryer. The full kitchen, with breakfast bar, comes loaded for all of you chefs out there. The living room (with sleeper sofa) and dining area allow you to relax while experiencing a breathtaking view of the mountain side and slopes.
If you’re not a cold weather person, there are oodles of outdoor activities to take in during the summer. For bikers, runners or walkers the summit county bike path is steps away and will take you all the way through Summit County. For anglers you can wake up, take your coffee with you steps away to the river or beaver ponds for some fishing. If you are a golfer, experience the amazing Keystone Ranch Golf course just minutes away.

There are a lot of condos in Summit County but you'll not find a more immaculate one than this one. Our hosts Kevin & Rachel provided all the little details like toiletry kits, local maps, books, and games. You will also not find one with closer parking. The parking area is steps away from the front but cleverly shielded by the outside ski/bike lockers, another nice feature. No need to haul your skis or bikes through the unit to a locker on the deck like at many other locations.
The view from the deck is wonderful; the wetlands, just steps away and the ski slopes just a couple hundred yards away. There are hiking and biking trails all over the area that for the ambitious can take them clear to the beautiful Dillon Resevoir and beyond.
While Summit County is hardly a secret with four of the world's premier ski areas, many visitors are finding that it has become a four-season resort area. There are many year-around attractions and it offers a welcome relief from the heat at lower elevations! My VRBO.com friends and I heartily recommend this condo for it's great location and varied activities and amenities.
Signed, VRBO Bear

Our family had one of our best vacations ever this year. The condo at Keystone was perfect for us. The kids loved the skiing, and I loved that they could walk home from the slopes at the end of the day. There were several great restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Plus, Christie's Sports was convenient and easy to use for any rentals that we needed. We had three adults and three boys, two of whom were teenagers, on our trip. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. It was nice having a washing machine and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this property to any of our friends and will book it again on our next trip to Keystone. I want to thank the owners for returning a DVD of the boys learning to jump during a snowboarding lesson. It was truly irreplaceable, and I had given up on getting it back. But, it showed up in Georgia shortly after we got home. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
