Our Condo is on the second (top) floor with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, separate dining area, and a spacious living area - all with views of the island of Lanai, west Maui mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The front entrance and the master bedroom have views of the largest dormant volcano in the world - Haleakala.
Recent completed improvements include: two retractable awnings on lanai; screen doors on both front entrances; travertine tile in the entry ways, kitchen and both bathrooms; decorative tile accents in bathrooms; enlarged etched glass shower enclosure; deep soak tub; double sinks in master bathroom; granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms; range and microwave; lighting; and custom cabinets.
Fully air conditioned, two bedroom, two bath with a total of 1148 sq. feet. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The Condo can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (sleeps 6) or a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (sleeps 4).
The complex has a night time guarded entrance.

Renters at the Grand Champions are given discounts for golf at Wailea. There are three Championship Golf Courses. The Wailea Tennis Club has been ranked one of the best facilities.
Within a minutes drive or a ten minute walk, you can be at The Shops of Wailea, which offers the finest shopping on the island, great restaurants, and two beaches - Keawakapu and Ulua. Further down the coast is Big Beach at Makena and next to it, Little Beach. The most beautiful beaches anywhere! |
