Our Condo is on the second (top) floor with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, separate dining area, and a spacious living area - all with views of the island of Lanai, west Maui mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The front entrance and the master bedroom have views of the largest dormant volcano in the world - Haleakala.
Recent completed improvements include: two retractable awnings on lanai; screen doors on both front entrances; travertine tile in the entry ways, kitchen and both bathrooms; decorative tile accents in bathrooms; enlarged etched glass shower enclosure; deep soak tub; double sinks in master bathroom; granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms; range and microwave; lighting; custom cabinets; HD TV in the living room and Master Bedroom furniture.
Fully air conditioned, two bedroom, two bath with a total of 1148 sq. feet. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a queen size inflatable AERO mattress as well. The Condo can be rented as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath (sleeps 6) or a 1 bedroom, 1 bath (sleeps 2).
The complex has a night time guarded entrance.

Wailea is one of the premier luxury destinations in the world. Along with convenient shopping and nearby beaches with the best snorkeling available in the Hawaiian Islands. Renters at the Grand Champions are given discounts for golf at Wailea. There are three Championship Golf Courses. The Wailea Tennis Club has been ranked one of the best facilities.
Within a minutes drive or a ten minute walk, you can be at The Shops of Wailea, which offers the finest shopping on the island, great restaurants, and two beaches - Keawakapu and Ulua. Further down the coast is Big Beach at Makena and next to it, Little Beach. The most beautiful beaches anywhere.

This was a great place. It really has everything you need for an extended stay - dishes, towels, board games, tv, internet, and more. It also has lots of fun stuff for the kids to use at the pool or the beach. The kitchen was quite nice, and the furnishings are not old either. Only downside is the long walk to the beach. Everything else was top notch. We would happily stay here again.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The 2 bedroom set up offers plenty of privacy. The property is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The Shops are and beaches are less than a mile away. Mickyey was helpful and a pleasure to deal with and are deposit refund arrived less than a week after our return. Absolutley EVERYTHING you could need and then some was available in the condo. We loved having the nice umbrellas and beach chairs and cooler, we could pack a lunch and stay at the beach all day! Thank you!

This condo is very nicely decorated and has loads of room. It’s on the top floor, a very quiet condo and complex. Great views from every room. Best of all the owners paid attention to everything we might want – good quality beach gear, movies, books and a great kitchen. It’s a short stroll to the beach and wonderful restaurants. The complex has two separate pool/jacuzzi/grilling areas – one for families and the other a quiet pool – very nice! The owners are really nice and we appreciated the late check out. Thanks so much Mickey and Skip! We hope to stay again soon.

We were very pleased with the condo, but when it came time to receive our deposit back-$80 of it was not returned to us. A bag of trash was left in a trash can and we accidentally left a tote bag next to the door in our haste to make our way out that morning at 6:30am to catch our boat trip. Check-out was at 10am- when we returned to get the tote bag we forgot at 12:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after check out time, we were charged a late check out fee and an extra cleaning fee for the bag of trash left in the trash bin. The owners repeatedly called my boss at work while I was on the boat (the number was left on my cell phone voicemail for my patients in an emergency during my vacation leave) until I was reached. When I finally called the owners back at noon, after our docking-she was being very rude that we hadn't checked out yet and the cleaning ladies were not allowed to enter to clean the condo for the next renters. The owner claimed that we didn't return until 2:30pm. When we arrived 30 minutes later in fact, at 12:30pm-the cleaning ladies were already inside were almost done cleaning the condo, said there was no problem, and had just placed the tote bag on the outside of the door for us. Apparently, this was worth $80, good luck getting your full deposit back if you rent with these owners.
Owner response:We go out of our way to work with all of our renters - we understand they are on vacation and want to enjoy every minute of it. In five years we have only kept part of the security deposits from two of our renters. This situation could have been avoided with a phone call to us and we would have done our best to accommodate a later check out. We would have also been able to let our cleaning staff know so they could have adjusted their work schedule and had time to make sure the condo would be ready for our guests arriving that afternoon. This place is as close to perfect as it gets! The condo and its location are so peaceful, welcoming and ideally situated. Wonderful ocean and outer island views plus it’s a short walk to the beach, shops and the best restaurants on the island. Skip and Mickey have outfitted their place with tons of beach gear, games, movies and great kitchen/entertaining equipment so you can do as much or as little as you like. They even have Maui travel books so basically you only need to pack your swimsuit and shorts! We researched other condos but this place was the best value and staying here totally exceeded our expectations. We loved it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.

I stayed here with a couple of friends for a few days in May for a friend's wedding. This was our first visit to the island of Maui, and we could not have asked for better accommodations! The condo was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and had the most interesting layout! The owners were easy to communicate with (although we didn't really have any issues that needed communicating!), and they seemed to have thought of everything we could have needed for our stay. We were really conveniently located within the complex and also to my friend's wedding, which was held at the Wailea Beach Marriott. We were also very close to restaurants, the Big Beach in Makena State Park and the Shops at Wailea, which we managed to visit every single day for the Whaler's or ABC store for quick purchases. We had an amazing time, thank you for sharing your condo with us!

We stayed here while I was on my two weeks R&R from Iraq. It was perfect! The condo is clean, large, well-equiped, and close to the ocean. The condo had toys, videos, beach chairs and boogie boards. The master bath was beautiful, with a large shower. If anything, the photos on the website understated the niceness of the unit. We could have dinner on the lenai and watch the sun set over the ocean. I highly recommend! The owners provided us with helpful information before we arrived and had additional information in the unit.

This is a lovely condo right in the middle of the Grand Champions. I was glad that we ended up renting this condo as opposed to one bordering the "jungle" trench on the southern border of this complex-there would have been too many bugs and skitoes to be able to enjoy the lanai. I was worried about privacy being in the center of the complex but shouldn't have as we saw almost no one while out there during our stay. This was a pretty private condo and very little noise heard from any neighbors. You don't share the entrance stairs with anyone else on the second floor of this end so we left the front door open (there is a security screen door with lock) and let the wonderful breeze blow through. We rented the one bedroom side for the 3 of us. The condo itself is lovely. Plenty of storage space for clothing in drawers and the large closet. More under the large bathroom counter. The bathroom is beautiful with a huge showerhead (my husband wanted to bring home!) and gorgeous stonework. Huge shower and separate tub. The bedroom is a really nice size. Used the air at night in the bedroom and living room just so we could sleep a little later and not be disturbed by ground maintenance or birds. My son slept on the hideabed, which I almost fell asleep on too-was very comfy with a topper on it. Beautiful kitchen, huge counter, new appliances. Not like some condos that feel cramped because of too much in it and not enough room. This place has plenty of room to stretch out and with room to spare. Nice tvs in the bedroom and living room. Hardwired for internet, or you could piggyback on neighbor's wifi if you wanted to. Some kids toys and games. Great stock of beach paraphenalia-couple boogie boards, snorkel equip & fins, beach towels, coolers, umbrella, and those great backpack chairs with the storage pockets. There were also packnplays in the closet. Used the center pool-was very nice and only 2 other couples there. Grills are next to pool-downside is smoking the swimmers depending on wind direction. Dealt with Mickey, one of the owners-and she was great! Couldn't find the snorkel eqpt and sent an email to her. She called me back very promptly. Lovely lady to work with. It's really evident that the owners care about their guests. The condo is stocked just like a home with all the kitchen utensils etc you could need. We will definitely be staying here again. As my hubbie said-it's a keeper!

Three of us stayed here for a week in April. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and full of thoughtful amenities. We used both the one bedroom and the studio. The studio shares a door with the open living room/kitchen/dining room area of the one bedroom and the set up makes it a very comfortable two bedroom, two bath unit. Communication with the owners and manager was very efficient. Location is wonderful. We enjoyed our long morning walks along the beachfront walking path that is located very close to the condo complex. The area has beautiful beaches and golf courses. We hope to be back soon!

We have been to Maui before but this is the first time we have stayed at this condo. The condo is quiet, spacious and comfortable. It is close to the walking path along the Wailea beaches as well as the restaurants in Kihei. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. We look forward to staying in this condo on our next Maui trip.
