This unit is in a Condominium community in a private setting approximately one mile from one of the best beaches in the country. A local trolley will take you to the beach!

The Condominium is a contemporary colonial with a rear deck and a one-car garage. One bedroom on the second floor is a loft-style bedroom with a half wall overlooking a large Living Room. There is a common pool on the grounds.

The unit is available with a one week minimum.
