Built in local Gordes Stones with Roman tiles, the House feels suspended above the beautiful Luberon Valley. It has been remodelled, decorated, and furnished in a very elegant style with Antiques, Paintings, and lovely objects.
The garden, the terrace and all the rooms have a Panoramic Southern view facing the Luberon Mountain range and all the Villages.
The entire House is very bright with Southern exposure. The light colored stone floors inside and out, give the house a very open and airy feeling.
There is a lovely dining room with large glass doors that can be left open in summer - the perfect place to enjoy meals and the magnificent view.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed (2m x 1m80) with a dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower. Also in that bedroom, is a mezzanine that can be use as your "bureau" with your computer. The second bedroom has a double bed (2m x 1m60) with private toilet and Bathroom. This Charming Stone House is perfect for a Romantic couple (or two couples), who want to stay in the countryside, in the Village of Gordes, away from traffic and noises.
The swimming pool is 10 meters by 5 meters with a saltwater system. It is surrounded by Stone with four teak benches. This is a Perfect spot to enjoy a swim and to devour the Beauty of Provence. The grounds that surround the House and pool are filled with all the trees, plants, and flowers of Provence.
The price of the rental includes all utilities: gas, electricity, towels, pool service, bed linen, satellite TV, ADSL internet, local phone calls, weekly housekeeper (six hours each week), and complete departure clean. Only extras phone calls will be extra charge.
