This is a newly refurbished beach front villa located steps away from Tulum's pristine beach, rated among the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world!
The villa features all the amenities to enjoy paradisiacal Tulum in full comfort ~ 24 hour electricity, wifi, LCD TV, Ipod dock, fully equipped kitchen, bar, indoor lounge area, spacious dinning room, lounge chairs, beach towels, beach toys, daily maid service, cook on request, laundry service, and much more.
The villa sleeps up to ten people very comfortably as it features three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom.The two master bedrooms have two king size beds, which can be separated into two twin beds each. Both master bedrooms have direct beach access. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bathroom.
The living room is lounge like and very cozy, and the dinning room comfortably fits all the family and friends for delicious heart warming meals. Both the dining and living area have great ventilation as their glass doors allow cool ocean breeze to flow through. Both areas also have beach access via the beach front terrace that features comfy lounge chairs for siestas and private sun bathing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking ware, blender, stove and oven, and it also has a beautiful ocean view to be enjoyed while cooking.
The beach right outside the villa is fairy-tale like: powdery white sand, calm turquoise ocean ideal for swimming, and miles of secluded beaches ideal for walks.There is also great snorkeling nearby and kiteboarding lessons just a few feet south.
The villa is adjacent to Retiro Maya Eco-Hotel, so house guests are welcome to join us for daily yoga classes held at the yoga shala and to come savor our delicious cuisine. We promise to send over our chef Jose's famous Guacamole and maybe even talk him into sharing his recipie with you!
Our housekeeper, Blanca, will be make sure the villa is spic and span every day, and the rest of our friendly staff ~ Salvador, Francisco and Luis ~ will make sure you have a vacation you and your loved ones will remember for ever.

I built Casa Retiro Magico to host families and groups in search of a relaxed vacation in the Mexican Caribbean. The 3 bedroom villa, which sleeps up to 10 people, is adjacent to Retiro Maya, my petit hotel, and therefore if you're traveling with a larger party, we can accommodate them in the eco-chic cabanas next door. Retiro Maya also features a restaurant that caters Mexican, Vegetarian & Seafood, so come join us next door for delicious food. We can also arrange for a cook to prepare your meals at the Villa's Kitchen.

My wife, three young boys (5, 3 and 1), my parents and I just returned from a wonderful 17-day stay at this wonderful home. We have been to Tulum numerous times and just love it and staying at this house made our trip even more enjoyable as the place is big and roomy and very comfortable especially for families. There are three large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, ceiling fans and plenty of light. The living room is enormous, there is 10-person dinnig table, a large deck and, of course, it's all on the beach accessed by a wall of glass. The views are amazing. Being right on the beach, we could roll right out to the sand every morning without and hassle. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and everything else you need are right there as is the restaurant at the hotel next door. In addition to the house itself, the location is great for travel into the town and to all of the other sites, restaurants and activities you may want to check out. Our service was fantastic: The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the place was cleaned top to bottom every day and they even did the windows once a week. We were also fortunate enough to hire Jesus as our cook for four days which was a treat as his cooking is excellent. There is nothing I could improve upon with this house: It was everything we wanted and was hard to leave. Please feel free to contact me for additional information if you are considering this house.
