Located in Seascape, a gated golf and tennis community, our newly decorated two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free villa will provide you a perfect vacation getaway. Our villa is located on a tranquil lot with lush plantings, overlooking the 16th green.
One of eight tennis courts and one of six pools (this one heated) are just across the street from our unit. Destin's sugar white sand beaches and Emerald waters are just a short walk away. Seascape offers 2000 feet of private beach for your enjoyment, along with the beachfront Whale's Tail restaurant, an 18 hole golf course, and three lakes for your enjoyment.
The entire unit has been newly redecorated. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a private bath and a TV with VCR. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a 27 inch TV with DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped and linen is provided. All you need is a swimsuit, a toothbrush and a beach towel.
Seascape is a quiet and serene resort, covered with magnolia trees, palms and azaleas. It is a wonderful place for children, and is conveniently located to all the activities of Destin. Shopping is one mile down the road at the Silver Sands outlet mall, which features over 100 designer name stores.

The EMERALD WATERS and WHITE SAND BEACHES are AWESOME!!! Destin is less than a days drive from many parts of the USA and the shopping is WONDERFUL. The Restaurants are PRETTY TASTY TOO!!!
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
There is no hassel with elevators and parking lots. You park at the door carry in your belongings and you have arrived. Eveything is on the Ground Floor, No steps to climb The pool is just a few steps away and the beach about a 5-10 minute walk through the resort.

We stayed here in June 2010. It was clean and we loved the beach decor. Very close to shopping, dining and beaches. There was an issue with the dryer but the owners responded and took care of it quickly. We're planning to stay here again this summer!

Your place is awesome!! The location was great. The beach was unbelievable. We had a great time. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the ground around the condo was perfect for them to play outdoors. It was one of our best vacations. We will be back. Thanks for letting us rent it
