Located in Seascape, a gated golf and tennis community, our newly decorated two bedroom, two bath, smoke-free villa will provide you a perfect vacation getaway. Our villa is located on a tranquil lot with lush plantings, overlooking the golf course.

One of eight tennis courts and one of five pools (this one heated) are just across the street from our unit. Destin's sugar white sand beaches and Emerald waters are just a short walk away. Seascape offers 2000 feet of private beach for your enjoyment, along with the beachfront Whale's Tail restaurant, an 18 hole golf course, and three lakes for your enjoyment.

The entire unit has been newly redecorated. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, a private bath and a TV with VCR. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a 27 inch TV with DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped and linen is provided. All you need is a swimsuit, a toothbrush and a beach towel.

Seascape is a quiet and serene resort, covered with magnolia trees, palms and azaleas. It is a wonderful place for children, and is conveniently located to all the activities of Destin. Shopping is one mile down the road at the Silver Sands outlet mall, which features over 100 designer name stores.

* Cancellation must be made at least 4 weeks in advance to receive deposit refund.
