This classic New England summer cottage, with an ocean view and frontage on the Westport River, was built in the 1950's and still holds much of its original charm. Owned by one family since it was built, the cottage has been continually maintained while keeping the summer cottage feel. It is also winterized for year-round living.
Includes all modern amenities in a warm rustic home. Located at the end of a private gravel road, you will have over four acres of waterfront privacy for your relaxation.

Summer Terms: 50% reservation deposit, balance due 30 days prior to move-in.
$500 Refundable Damage/Cleaning deposit required. Add'l Pet Deposit required.
Reservation deposit or paid rent is refundable only if we can re-rent.
