This beautiful three bedroom villa sits among lemon, grapefruit and orange trees. Situated overlooking a lake and golf course at the rear it offers privacy and seclusion.
The lake is frequented by many different birds and provides a constantly changing scene to watch. For the more athletic there are no fewer than five golf courses within a short distance and the excellent Englewood beach is only a short 15 minutes drive. Perfect for any vacation situation.
The resources of Port Charlotte with its shopping mall and most other stores is about ten minute's drive, close enough for those holiday essentials yet far enough to ensure a tranquil setting if you wish.
Only an hour to the North is the city of Tampa, with many attractions such as Busch Gardens and the Big Cat rescue (yes you can feed the Tigers and other large cats here if you wish). Only two hour's drive is Disney World and Universal studios making it an easy day trip along the freeway.
To the south it’s an hour to the wildness of the Everglades where you can take an airboat into the swamps and experience a different world. Miami is only two hours away for those seeking more excitement.
