What appeals most about our condominium is the great views. We feel we have the most beautiful view in the entire community. Not only are the sunsets great but Turnberry Lake is in our backyard, with three golf greens at your viewing pleasure.
This smoke-free condominium is professionally decorated and very
inviting. Ceramic Tile covers the living area and the bedrooms are
carpeted.
The master suite has a king bed, 32 inch television with DVD, VCR, large master bath with walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed with T.V. The third bedroom serves as a den/office with a complete computer system set up with 19" LCD monitor, wirless printer, fax, scanner & copier. Or bring your notebook. The condo is WI FI friendly. Two "sofa chairs" pull out into single beds and are great to snuggle up, read a book, or watch T.V., DVD or VCR.
The dining area features a large dining table which seats 6. The living room features a comfy sofa and two wicker chairs. Another 32 inch television with VCR/DVD player make this room complete. The lanai offers a table, four chairs and two rockers to view those beautiful sunsets, golfers, tropical birds and much more.
As a temporary member of Pelican Sound, you are entitled to enjoy 547 acres of wildlife along with the other amenities. These amenities include 27 hole golf course, an 18,000 square foot Golf Club with pro shop-including fabulas men's and ladies locker rooms, Six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, Fitness Center, Private boat launch, River club dining. The River Club offers casual and formal dining.
Simply put, this is the best kept secret in southwest florida.
