We have named our vacation home, "The Courtyard"; it is custom built home that is built around an open air courtyard/atrium in the center of the home.

At night a beautiful view of the lights on the Las Vegas Strip, City and The Mountains.

A unique design, with an eclectic southwestern / mexican motif. Lots of spanish wrought-iron decorate the windows, doors and inside the home. It is an unusual one of a kind home.

The location of our vacation home is southeast of Las Vegas and across the street from a semi-private golf course. It is in a safe, quiet residential area with lots of parking and only 20 min. from the strip, 15 min. to the airport. The Courtyard Vacation Home has easy access to the freeway and all the major attractions.

The home is 2500 sq. ft. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, it can accommodate 8 people comfortably without disturbing each other. We have tried to supply you with everything that you will need to have a memorable and stress-free vacation. Fully furnished kitchen also all linens and beach towels for the pool or spa.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a walk through dressing room, a large executive bathroom with a garden tub and a separate shower, 25" TV with cable.

The Second Bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom down the hall, 25" TV w/cable

The Third Bedroom has a queen bed with the use of the full bathroom down the hall.

The Fourth Sleepingroom is the Media Center
(Den), which has a queen hide-a-bed sofa sleeper with a half a bath; the room does have a door that can be closed for privacy, 27" TV w/cable.
It also has a VCR/DVD player, a stereo/disc changer, movies, games, books, 27" TV w/cable.

The Living Room has an enjoyable fireplace for that relaxing evening you would like to have away from the casinos while you are enjoing the view of the lights of the city.

The home has a sparkling private pool in the back yard, which is perfect for swimming in May through September. If needed October through April it could be pre-arranged to be heated and ready for you to use for an extra charge per day.
The spa/hot tub can be heated by the guests and is already included in the rate.

Lots of privacy in the home and in the backyard by the pool.

There is nothing like having a glass of wine or your favorite beverage in the living room with its vaulted cedar-wood ceiling and the atmosphere of the fireplace with the front curtains open, viewing the breath taking sunsets and watching the beautiful lights of the strip come to life.

During your stay, you'll encounter an unheard of level of privacy, convenience, and value. Just think, No crowds. No noise. No neon. It's an accommodation experience like no other that offers unmatched value.

A pet-friendly home which features a convenient "large doggy door", that leads out to the fenced backyard.

If needed for our smaller guests we have a pack n play and a high chair for your use.

A Welcome Book awaits your arrival at The Courtyard with lots of information in it about the home and the surrounding area.
