Our wonderful vacation home is the perfect location for you and family or friends to spend a wonderful seaside retreat. Located just west of Panama City, Florida along Scenic Highway 30-A in beautiful Rosemary Beach.
Our Flat features spacious living, dining and bedroom areas tastefully decorated with serenity in mind. Step off the elevator and into this single floor plan unit which consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, full laundry, living room, dining area and covered balcony.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master suite offers a king-size bed and adjoining master bath with double vanity sinks, a garden tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom offers unique sleeping arrangements with a twin bed bunked on top of a full sized bed and its own television/DVD/VCR unit. The living room is equipped with home theater/stereo system, television, DVD and VCR. The sofa can also be converted into a queen sleeper. If you bring your laptop, you'll appreciate the free high speed wireless internet connection.
Overlooking St. Augustine Park, it's a short stroll to each of Rosemary's many extras, including four outdoor pools, heated indoor Sky Pool, fitness center, clay tennis courts specialty shops, world-class spa and one of a kind dining experiences. Enjoy a nice walk along beautifully landscaped, lighted boardwalks leading to Rosemary's private beach.

Why the Owner Chose Rosemary Beach
We started visiting Rosemary Beach back in 2000 when there were only a handful of homes, no "Town Center" and the Sugar Shak was the hottest spot in town! While the community has grown tremendously over the past 9 years, the feeling we experience while in Rosemary Beach remains the same. Relaxing, Inviting and Comforting. We love being part owners of the white sugar sand beaches, amazing architecture, european atmosphere and community. We've watched our children grow from preschoolers into teenagers enjoying the beach, pools, bike trails and Sugar Shak treats. We look forward to spending more time at Rosemary Beach in the future.

Our Flat overlooks St. Augustine Green, the perfect place for a quick picnic, bocce game or lawn sports. Our balcony also offers "box seats" for the special events that take place there.
