Extras include a beautiful woodburning fireplace, both hardwood and tiled floors, open-beam ceilings, and a double-head shower for two. Outdoors, there is a new hot tub and a beautifully private setting with commons (open areas) surrounding it.

The house is set back from the road and from other houses. It's very quiet and private... all you will hear is the ocean!
