Executive Class home offering 2,700 square feet of fully furnished living space located in a quiet area. May be used as two separate, complete units - great for multiple generation vacations. Amenities include a steam, and shower room. Extensive decking on both levels offers a panoramic view and features an outdoor fireplace. Waterfront location with two docks. A short boat launch provides access to the Lake of the Woods. Canoe, horseshoe pit, and pleasant grounds complete the picture.
Located at the north end of the famous Lake of the Woods the City of Kenora and surrounding area offer great fishing and water sports in the summer; skiing and sledding activities in the winter. The area boasts three golf courses and groomed snowmobile trails. The many seasonal festivals and activities provide adults and families alike the opportunity to have fun and explore this scenic year round vacation area. Guided fishing (winter or summer) or an introduction to local snowmobiling trails can be arranged.
Two complete units with three bedrooms up and one down.
Total square footage is 2,700 sq. ft. (1,300 up & 1,400 down).
SUMMER & FALL RENTALS

Two stall garage: One stall unheated - great for winter car or snowmobile/ATV storage.
Additonal stall (38' x 12') - heated with oil, includes workbench, closet for winter outerwear, hide-a-bed and single bed, fridge, microwave, table & two chairs, two piece bathroom with porta-potty (no running water).
Absolutely NO PETS. No smoking inside the rental unit - smoking allowed outdoors only.
Check in time is Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
Check out time is Saturday at 10:00 a.m. sharp.

Guided fishing, using the guide's boat, can be arranged on a daily basis. Additional services for hunters: For the hunting season, October 15th to November 15th, we cater to hunters: * Hunting party package is $2,500 for one week (occupancy limited to 6 guests - 2 additional guests can be accomodated at $250/wk per person - maximum 8 guests) and includes the use of the heated/cold storage garage: Heated side is 40'x12' and provides an area to safely store all your gear. The cold side is 24'x12'and is suitable for parking quads or snowmobiles and has hooks for hanging game. * Occupancy for hunting parties is limited to 6 individuals. * We can arrage for a guide service at $125 per day, per person. * We also have a boat available for deer hunting - ask about availability and rates.
Rate Details (In Canadian Dollars)
Maximum occupancy - 10 people. Additional 1 or 2 for $250 per person/wk.
Occupancy for hunters is limited to 6 guests (October 15th to Nov 15th),
additional 1 or 2 for $250 per person/wk.
June $2,000; July & August $2,500; Sept. 1 - Oct. 15th - weekly $1,500 or
4 days @ $1,000. Oct. 15 - Nov. 15th - hunter rate of $2,500 includes garage.
Down payment required at time of booking - equal to 1/2 the rental. Balance of
rental at time of booking post-dated 30 days prior to arrival (45 days if US$);
plus a $1,000 damage deposit on arrival (cash or money order).
