This Enclave Townhouse is a luxury, spacious, 2500 square foot condominium located across from Keystone Ski Area. This three bedroom, three bath townhouse overlooks the main ski slopes of Keystone Mountain and comfortably accommodates eight persons.
The home features a heated, two-car garage with a steam bath, sauna, and hot tub in the unit. The deck of the living room provides a great view of skiers on Keystone Mountain and has a grill for barbecues. The rear of the house has a deck that overlooks an undeveloped mountain preserve. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room that features a floor-to-cathedral-ceiling fireplace. The laundry room has a clothes washer and dryer.
There is free access to the Enclave clubhouse which is located about 50 yards from the unit. It contains a large indoor pool, hot tub, racquetball court, ping pong table, billiard table, weights, and an outdoor tennis court for use during the summer. A parking permit is included with the unit. It is a one-half mile ride to the Keystone Mountain parking lot.
The Enclave at Keystone is located in the heart of Colorado Ski Country in Summit County and is 90 miles west of Denver. It is also convenient to other ski areas: ten minutes from Arapahoe Basin; 20 minutes from Breckenridge; 20 minutes from Copper Mountain, and 45 minutes from Vail.
