Map & Owner's Profile
416 Park Ave - Perfect No Hassle - Old Town Vacation Location
Year Purchased: 1988
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We were intrigued with Park City the minute we saw it. Back then (in 1988), there were few renovated houses and in the summer it was a ghost town! We saw this house, realized its potential and thought the location would prove to be an asset. It was an original miner's home that was rebuilt after the fire of 1898, and we took great pleasure in its restoration. We know you will enjoy its essence.
Free transportation by the Main Street Trolleys and area busses take you to The Canyons, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and all Park City destinations.

Our skiing get-away was enhanced by your beautiful home. It was like staying in a doll house with all the amenities. Thanks for your thoughtful decorative touches to the stocked cupboards - never experienced that before! We had a wonderful time and loved every minute in this cozy home. P.S. It's snowing - enchanting!

We enjoyed our PC visit so much! The skiing was terrific and being in Old Town was a treat! I lived here 24 yrs ago when Deer Valley just opened and the Mount Air Cafe was the greasy spoon - not any more! We'd love to come back again.

We've had such a good time - your house is wonderful - so convenient and homey. You've thought of everything (well almost - Hedy said she needed a heating pad and massager!). We hope to be back next year!

Thank you very much for the wonderful accommodations and for making this holiday a great getaway. We didn't realize how much we needed time away from NY. The location is perfect! Thanks for making this Christmas special -
