The 360 degrees of windows atop the third floor of this stand-alone tower, are uniquely ours. Our end location provides totally unobstructed picturesque views of mountain enframed in tropcial green. Our third floor lanai is the only that 100% faces the ocean without any immediate tree or building obstructions at window level. Simply, THE BEST VIEWS IN MAUNA KAI.

Anywhere in the kitchen/dining area offers panoramic scenery (see photos). Thus, you might use the fully equipped, appointed kitchen (and wine chiller) as often as we do. Sauces, spices and marinades stand ready for a memorable meal to savor, while savoring the scenery. Your scenery. Because when you stay at the Kauai Ocean View Tower, you are encouraged to nestle in and make it YOUR "vacation home" via the amenities and special touches awaiting you.

You and your guests enjoy three lushly appointed bedrooms, with velveteen spreads and lush throw pillows. The two QUEEN bedrooms on the first floor share a full bath. Of those, the “green” bedroom is for the kids/teens, with bed against the wall, big “lean on me” pillows and a complete TV/DVD/Video game entertainment center. Plus, two foam floor mats sleep one person each and can be put anywhere in house desired. A portacrib and baby monitor too! The master suite boasts a KING bed, private VIEW balcony, and full bath. Robes hang ready for ladies, young ladies, young men and full men.

At the Kauai Ocean View Tower, ready and waiting for beach use are: towels, chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys, water balls, beach "boards," and coolers (including reusable cold packs); and for exploring the island: backpacks, canteens & rain gear and a unique "car kit"; and for staying active on-site: pool toys, yard toys (for the grass area outside our private unit), and sporting equipment. Plus a surprise or two !! And, of course...Don't forget about the VIEW!!!
