The Dream Stream Lodge is conveniently located 55 miles west of Colorado Springs and just 20 miles from Woodland Park. The location makes it perfect for those wanting to enjoy the beauty of the mountains, rivers, and lakes of central Colorado, yet be close enough to enjoy all the activities of the big city. Pikes Peak, Garden of The Gods, Cave of the Winds, Museums, Restaurants and shops, the night life and Gambling of Cripple Creek are all in a comfortable driving distance.

ABOUT THE LODGE:
The lodge is an extremely unique property. Located off the electrical grid, the lodge makes it's own electricity via solar panels and wind turbines.
Yet enjoy all the comforts of home, with a fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances, including a laundry room with washer and dryer. Come and see what it is like to experience being away from all the touristy areas, and the hustle and bustle of city life.
Without city lights to obscure the stars, you will find yourself in awe as you view the night skies through the telescope. Although all furniture is new, the decor is rustic and warm, which is perfect to give you that inviting feeling. The great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, with views from almost every room in the house.
The lodge has three bedrooms and two baths, plus a small loft, which can sleep two additional people on our full size hotel style roll away bed. One other roll away bed is also available for a TOTAL SLEEPING CAPACITY OF TWELVE.
The master bedroom suite has a king size sleigh bed with a private bath that includes a separate shower with dual shower heads, a huge tub, double sinks and a walk in closet. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed. The third bedroom/bunkroom, has a queen bed, a double futon, and a twin bunkbed.
The great room is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa and loveseat, and a side chair with a comfortable ottoman. Sit around the cozy woodstove with fieldstone hearth, while relaxing watching satellite TV. The dining room table seats eight.
The DREAM STREAM LODGE is a versatile home, perfect for hunting/fishing groups, family holidays and reunions, anniversary celebrations, or big enough for families to vacation together. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together at the same time and not feel crowded. You will not be disappointed in renting this peaceful private retreat.
AS SUMMER WEEKS FILL UP QUICKLY, MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY.
If you like... BRING YOUR HORSES! The barn has two stalls with separate corrals and a tack room....or just let the horses free on the fenced 35 acre lot. The lodge is pet friendly, with a huge fenced dog pen in the back yard separate from the house and horse areas. Smoking is permitted outside.
SUMMER BRINGS WITH IT AN ABUNDANCE OF ACTIVITIES TO ENJOY.
Thousands of acres of wilderness and trails for hiking, horseback riding and driving those ATV's. Excellent mountain biking, wildlife viewing of elk, pronghorn antelope, deer, and bald eagles. Enjoy sailing and boating, or even jet skiing on Eleven Mile.
While area water holes are renowned, birders and astrologists will love this location. With no light pollution, wildlife and star viewing is exceptional. If you prefer to drive a short distance, (I am not sure you will want to leave the immediate area) the activities are limitless, including but not limited to the following:

This 35 acre property is fenced and gated for your safety and privacy. Discover the exceptional SPRING FLY FISHING on the South Platte River. Rent a boat, at nearby 11 Mile Sports, located directly on Eleven Mile Reservoir.
The DREAM STREAM LODGE is available year round. There are no additional cleaning fees, pet fees, or taxes associated with the property.
