Golf trip to Arizona five years now and this was the best of the houses we've stayed in. Great location near all the courses we like to play. Home is spacious and on a large lot with lots of yard space. House is very well maintained and was perfectly prepared. Bedding, linens, towels, etc. are all high quality and house has all the comforts of home. Game room with pool table and ping pong is a nice plus as well. Spa and large swimming pool rock! We were all impressed.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We go to Scottsdale almost every year for the last twelve years and everything just keeps getting better each year. We've stayed in this home 4 times and we always try ot reserve it is available. The location is right where we want to be close to the amenities of the town and the backyard is enormous and the kids love the pool. Their older now but they still love the pool and spa. House has everything needed and the layout is perfect, pool gets direct sun (important if you want to enjoy the pool in February) and getting the family around the fireplace and gazebo are usually the highlight of our trip. TIP: Be sure to take a laptop or smart phone the management company works best with email.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Avalon house. This property is a perfect fit for young families- the home is very spacious and the yard is large enough that they can run around for little ones to run around. The pool was lovely and the gazebo a great place to enjoy the evening. We also enjoyed that the property is in walking distance to a grocery store, and of course, Starbucks! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

This is the 13th year we have been out to Scottsdale in April. It is just such a great time and the weather is ALWAYS so nice (warm). We've stayed here 3 years and it is our favorite and will stay here again if it's available. The backyard is really wonderful and has everything needed. The outdoor fireplace and gazebo are so nice at night and perfect for family gatherings. The backyard gets plenty of sun and has a large grassy area to play games. The pool is huge which is perfect for the kids and the home has always been perfect when you arrive. The place is meticulously clean which is of course huge. Another nice thing I didn't think about before is that the kitchen opens up to the outdoor patio so it really easy to keep an eye on everything. We are not easily impressed but the home is great and the owners go above and beyond and have earned our business again next year. THANKS ROBERT!!
