Dear Florida lovers,
Our dream house on Anna-Maria Island is directly on the beach. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A 7m balcony with glass sliding doors. The view is fantastic. Enjoy the sunset at night and observe dolphins in the morning, while having breakfast. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the area. Outlets and malls for extensive shopping can be reached by car within a short drive, as well as a lot of golf courses. Daily excursions to Florida's attractions are also possible (Everglades, Walt Disney World, Bush Gardens). Anna Maria Island is a wonderful island with low buildings and a lot of private houses. The holiday home is spacious and completely equipped. 3 TV, stereo, Internet Wifi. Washing machine / dryer, pots and pans, everything is amply available.

My daughter & I stayed at your beautiful condo for spring break. It was breathtaking. I loved having my morning coffee at the table on the balcony overlooking the gulf. My daughter was so excited that we were so close to the water, and she found many treasures on the beach. The pool was perfect as well. I also really enjoyed that you had many things available for our use, ie. beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, towels, and umbrellas. As well as many things in the kitchen. This is a fantastic condo, with the best situation on Anna Maria. We stayed there in August 2010, and although we had bad weather, this did not spoil our stay as the apartment had everything you need, including Wifi. It was truly a home from home, although we do not have such an amazing view! I thoroughly recommend it. Its also great to have an elevator.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung mit dem direkten Blick auf den Golf von Mexico. Schon das morgendliche Frühstück auf dem sehr großen Balkon ist Erholung pur. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist insgesamt sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen sauber. Wir haben mit vier Peronen in der Wohnung gewohnt. Aufgrund der zwei Schlafräume und Bäder ist das sehr komfortabel. Anna Maria Island ist ein wenig karibisch angehaucht, das macht die Insel sehr symphatisch. Alles ist in der Nähe (Einkaufen und Restaurants). Anna Maria Island ist der ideale Ort für total entspannten Strandurlaub. Lage und Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang sind traumhaft. Wohnung und Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Pool wunderbar geheizt, was bei dem ungewöhnlich kalten Frühjahr sehr angenehm war. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sehr netter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Wohnungsbesitzer, der uns viele gute Restaurant- und sonstige Einkaufs-Tipps geben konnte.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
