Upper level condo appointed with southwest decor located in the Pointe Resort community with full-size patio/balcony overlooking the community. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop.

The modern 1088 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness. The unit features brand new carpet and natural hardwood floors for 2009, along with new paint color scheme & upholstery. Can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. There are two major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

  • This was the perfect cost effective alternative to a hotel, especially when travelling with children. My son was able to take his naps and go down early for the evening without inconveniencing the rest of my family. The property was very nice and clean, as well as convenient to the necessities like restaurants and supermarkets. This unit is close to the pool as well as parking. Steve was easy to work with.

  • We had a 1 month stay. The condo was roomy, in a convenient location, and made the stay much more pleasant, and much less costly than a hotel. Plus my daughters fell in love with the pool at the Tapatio resort. Will definitely look to stay here again.

  • This is a very well maintained property, very clean and nicely decorated and well equipped with just about everything you'd find in your own home. We really liked the spacious master suite. A lot less expensive and just a whole lot better situation than a motel room. It was very easy to work with Steve and he seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. We were very happy with everything and hope that Steve's unit will be available the next time we travel to Phoenix.
