The modern 1088 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room. The open kitchen & dining area and nine foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness. The unit features brand new carpet and natural hardwood floors, along with new paint color scheme & upholstery. Can sleep up to four comfortably with a queen and two twin-size beds.
The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain three pools with three spas, and tennis and basketball courts, along with public barbecue areas and pool restrooms with showers.
Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius. There are two major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

This condo was the perfect spot for our two week get-away. Conveniently located for easy access to restaurants, groceries and shopping malls. It was clean, bright and well appointed with a south-western decor. Large master bedroom with a huge closet ladies...great for all the shopping your about to do. I would recommend the condo to anyone wanting a quiet location for a relaxing get away

I came to the Tapitio Cliffs with my 3 sisters and we stayed ina 2 bedroom condo which worked out great. It had everything that we needed. It was in a secured and very safe area and we walked around the neighborhood with no issues. It was close to hiking,starbucks and great grocery stores. We has early morning coffee on the balcony and late night drinks. It was really a fun, relaxing and perfect place for us and we are excited to return very soon.

I was traveling with a 15 month old 2 days before my husband arrived and Steve greated us, helped us bring in a crib and highchair. He helped with the luggage. He was warm, friendly and very professional. He made sure we knew he was there if needed. The accomodations we exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and appointed well. We were staying due to a death in the family and Steve made it as comforting as possible. We'd definitely stay with them again.

We stayed for about 3 weeks and enjoyed the condo very much. It is comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The complex is in a very convenient location with easy access to other Phoenix areas. The property manager, Steve, was most helpful and responsive re any matters that arose. Thank you Steve for your help in various matters. Recommended for: Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing

This is a very well maintained property, very clean and nicely decorated and well equipped with just about everything you'd find in your own home. We really liked the spacious master suite. A lot less expensive and just a whole lot better situation than a motel room. It was very easy to work with Steve and he seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. We were very happy with everything and hope that Steve's unit will be available the next time we travel to Phoenix.

We had a 1 month stay. The condo was roomy, in a convenient location, and made the stay much more pleasant, and much less costly than a hotel. Plus my daughters fell in love with the pool at the Tapatio resort. Will definitely look to stay here again.

I stayed at the condo in Phx for 2 weeks, it was just wonderful and so comfortable better than I had imagined. I really got to totally relax there. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable We especially enjoyed the pool and the beautiful bacony. Steve was great to work with making sure we had a good stay and he was very accomidating and professional. I cant wait to visit again next summer!
