Our property is completely remodeled with porcelain tile floors, granite slab counter tops, vessel sinks, huge natural stone walk in shower and bath, brand new pillow top back care mattresses ( one king and two full), a new designer luxury sofa sleeper, all new modern kitchen, and a beautiful view of the ocean and 3 remote pools to use. If you want a luxury condo then you'll want to stay here.
We are close to three championship golf courses, a world class tennis center, The Ritz Carlton, great restaurants, shopping, and of course some of the top ten beaches in the world. The snorkeling is fantastic. There is a shuttle that will drive you anywhere in Kapalua.

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Golf Villas
We chose Kapalua for the lush green scenery and the privacy you get. We didn't want to be in a hotel room. We used to go on ski trips all the time including summer ski camps in Whistler. I was tired of the luggage. I talked him into a Hawaiian vacation and the next thing you know we buy a beautiful ocean view villa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The first thing we did after we bought the villa was gut it. It needed new everything! It was a blast redesigning it and modernizing it. I had two designers and a wonderful contractor. We absolutely love the granite, the bamboo cabinets, the flooring, the lighting, and the amazing paint colors. And of course the back care mattresses! I wanted the most comfortable beds on my vacation. So now whoever stays in our villa will enjoy that luxury.

My husband and I live near Lake Tahoe and are avid skiers. My husband is a surgeon and I am a retired Chiropractor. We have two daughters who are into volleyball, skiing, tennis, and acting. We love coming to Kapalua to relax, kyack, play golf and tennis,snorkel, and eat all the wonderful food. We pride ourselves in having beauty, function, and comfort in our condo's and villa's. We plan on retiring half our year in this villa and half our year at our ski villa at Squaw Valley.

Great setup for our family with 3 young children. Everything was clean and in new condition. Beds super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets to go around. Every possible cooking appliance and utensil made it easy to cook great meals and enjoy them on the lanai with the spectacular views. Love that they had everything you would need for a day at the beach--buckets, chairs, cooler bags. The shuttle service to nearby beaches, golfing and the Ritz made it super easy to get around and avoid parking hassles. You can't go wrong staying here!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We stayed at this gorgeous condo from April7-17 and loved it! Us 4 adults found it very roomy and homey. The kitchen is great and has quality ammenities and a pleasure to cook in. Especially enjoyable is the spacious lanai to enjoy the view, rainbows, whales and birds. This is a classy, well appointed unit.

The Villa is absolutely perfect, no details or needs missed, from the most comfortable beds and every kitchen gadget to pool and beach toys. Enjoyed our stay at your villa. The interior was beautiful & spacious. Sunsets were great. Five of us (2 adult, 2 teens and one 11 year-old) were comfortable. Pool & snorkeling were great.

This was our first trip to Maui and what an experience it was! The condo was beautiful, from the furnishings... to the decor... all of the comforts of home. We traveled with other family members, whose condos on the Kapalua property were nothing compared to this gem! The view from the condo was incredible, we saw rainbows and sunsets right from the lanai. The amenities at the Ritz Carlton were great, as was the pool and snorkeling at the Kapalua Bay Hotel, right down the hill. We thank you for making our stay in Maui the best vacation ever. We can't wait to do it again next year!

My husband and I have been to Maui many times and never enjoyed our accommodations so much as this lovely home away from home. We visited in May and absolutely everything was beautiful from the furnishings, the beautiful decor, kitchen amenities, the location, the view, and the privilege of using the Kapalua pool and beach! On a scale of 1-10, we would give this "home" a 15! We shared it with 2 other family members and it was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your bit of paradise with us. We look forward to staying again.

We visited in early August 2005 and had the best time. This is a perfect Villa, our first stay on this side of the island after more than 5 visits to Maui. It is top of the line, nothing has been compromised. This unit has all the comforts of home, and my entire family truly enjoyed staying here-its not easy to please all 4 at one time but it happened here. The pool is right below the unit, most of the time it was ours alone, very quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and our breakfast and dinner on the patio were better than eating out. I can't say enough good things about this Villa, as great as the pictures look, its even that much better in person. I am a tough person to please but from the moment we arrived I was beyond happy. We will return, thanks so much Krista!
