This condo unit is in a four-plex building. Two units down and two up. This unit is at ground level with ample parking in front and space for a power or sailboat out back at the dock. It is located on a canal with easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and/or Florida Bay.
Every room and every appliance has been upgraded and ceiling fans are in each room. A large screened porch is off of the living room and the back yard gets plenty of sun in the afternoons.
Within walking distance to the beach via a bike path to and from the Ocean. The beach also has a park with many activities available and rental boating and fishing is just minutes away.
Besides fishing and snorkeling which is available anywhere within Marathon, this Condo is close to Marinas, restaurants, parks, nature reserves and all kinds of shopping. A Publix grocery store and a K-Mart are within walking distance.
Key West is 50 miles South and is usually an hours' drive.
