Renting fall weekends (Friday/Sat.) for $150 a night and week nights (2 night min.) for $100.
Available for rental by the month for the fall and winter.

The dining room, sitting room, sunroom, and master bedroom all offer breathtaking views of Lake Erie. There are two full and four single beds in four private bedrooms. Upstairs also has a large bathroom with a full-size tub/shower. The house has a new central air conditioning system for those muggy summer days.

The first floor has a large living room with surround sound stereo system, 32-inch television, and plenty of comfortable places to relax. WIFI high speed internet is included in the rental price. The kitchen has all the tools you will need to make a great meal. If cooking is not your idea of a vacation activity, there are good restaurants in the area.

Old Woman Creek, a nature preserve that is free and open to the public, is less than a half-mile away. It is a nature and bird lover's dream. The home is also close to Cedar Point, three indoor water parks, the ferry to Put-in-Bay and Kelly's Island, and plenty of golf. While the house is lakefront there is no beach, a stone break wall protects the property from Lake Erie. A public beach is only 1 mile away.

  • I had a delightful time at "Chateau Neuf" this past weekend. It's a delightfully charming house on the lake and very comfortable. The lake view is fabulous and the whole experience was SO good for my mind, body, and soul. I highly recommend it!
