Picture yourself waking up to the sunrise and your view of the Atlantic Ocean. Your boat is safely moored in front of the unit as you have your breakfast on the screened patio. What to do today? Take the boat fishing? Go snorkeling or diving? Play some tennis? Hit the pool and the hot tub? Work out in the exercise room? Why bother choosing. Do them all!
This brand-new unit has two spacious bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms and easily sleeps six. All bathrooms and the kitchen have ceramic tile floors, solid wood cabinets, and granite counter tops. All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
The entrance way leads to the kitchen, half bath and the great room. The great room includes a large dining area and a living area. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a love seat. A home theater system with 36-inch TV, surround sound, DVD, VCR, and CD makes this the perfect family gathering spot after a fun day in the sun. The screened porch is off the great room with your view of the docks and the ocean.
One master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own adjacent bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. The other master bedroom has two twin beds (that can be moved together to make a king) and its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms have 27-inch TVs with DVD and VCR.
What about food? The very large kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, complete cooking utensils, and sit-down bar make this a dream for any chef. A full-size washer and dryer are also in the kitchen area.
Okay, so you do not want to cook. Your vacation home is located at Mile Marker 74.5 and is very close to the restaurants of Islamorada, Long Key, Duck Key, and even Marathon. You also have access to lots of activities. The Keys best fishing fleets are just a few miles away. World-class diving operations will take you to the beautiful reefs. Plus all the other water activities imaginable. As a note to boaters, it's just a few minutes to the Channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges giving access to all the offshore locations.
So indulge yourself. Whether it is fishing, snorkeling or diving, lounging by the pool, tennis, or world-class seafood, you have found your paradise. This is a vacation home that everyone can enjoy.
